This was my first visit to this location and Dr Valerie was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I'd definitely recommend her! The front office was prompt and greeted me with smiles.

Service was great and the staff were very knowledgeable about the process and the eye exam... also having an actual doctor doing the exam I think is a plus especially with other companies using video calls to do the eye exam, which is not good in my opinion.

Very friendly and professional customer service. Dr. Valerie Robbins Acker was very attentive and informative. And the frames were affordable and fairly priced. Which is always a plus 😉
