This is worst slowest bank I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. This is literally pathetic! There is one man that takes care of all the customers, while the others are doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely pathetic. There is literally 2 lady's walking around not doing a damn thing while 10 people have been in line for 20 minutes. Just throw the whole bank and staff away!!!!!!!

Waiting 27 minutes in line to deposit a check. Line was too long to back up and ride off... somebody need some more training .. Ridiculous!

Terrible! I was thrown out of the bank by customer service Associate Ronald Orismo and 2 other employees, because he insisted that a single-member-llc needs an 'employee identification number' and I kept telling him that the IRS regards it as a pass-through-entity, if there's only 1 member. He refused to call someone to clear it up, just got 2 other guys to come to his office to tell me to leave. He's clearly not educated enough to deal with these kinds of situations. And has too fragile an ego to ask someone else to clarify things. Fortunately, I calmed down enough to call the Moreland branch and spoke to Aris Cochran, who knew the rules and did open my account (Was due to a small refund check that was sent to my business name, so I couldn't cash and had to have an account in that name.)

Worst customer service ever- I was helping my grandma, questioned, insulted, waited for over 2hrs & still didn't achieve anything. Mrs. Cheryl Bray is the worst ever. I grandma is disable and has trouble walking, wanted to grandma to continuously walk back and fourth from tellers to desk. The branch manager refused to help us as we walked and referred us to Mrs. Bray. They have calendars and refused to give them to us as customers- smh

how about instead of having somebody at the door greating people when they walk in you put them as a teller because when you have 15 people in line and only two tellers working the inside it makes her very bad customer service.
