I went to this store yesterday to get an upgrade on 2 lines and carried a friend with me that was thinking about changing her service over to cricket. I am very disappointed in the service. My new phone is not working right. The girl was very rude and evidently didn't know what she was doing. My phone tells me my sim card isn't with the correct carrier. When I check my sim card, there's not even one in my phone. I look in my old phone and my sims card is still in it!! If I try to call on my new phone, it's telling me to pick a sim card. I can't get into any of my accounts. Nothing is switched over. I am very disgusted with trying to get this new phone to work right. I am aggravated to say the least. I don't know what to do now because I don't want to go back to this store. The girl was continuously saying she was getting angry and didn't know what to do to get the new phone to work. I ask for my money back and was told that she couldn't do that. I'm really ticked off. I'm scared I'm going to lose all my stuff. Who do I call?
