“My wife and I really enjoy going to this gym. I’ve never been into the gym life but at 56 years old I decided I needed to start moving and get active or else! After two months I’m already down at least 20 lbs (net, as I’ve put on some muscle too) and am fitting back into clothes I wore five years ago…I was squeezing into a size 42 pant and now my old 38’s are baggy! (The only downside is I may need to go clothes shopping soon) So yeah, I highly recommend them! The security steps may seem a bit unwelcoming upon first arrival, but don’t be put off by this as it is for member’s safety. The outside glass is mirrored so you cannot see inside and members are required to scan in with a key fob. Guests seeking to check out the gym will need to ring the bell to enter so come during staffed hours (m-f 10a-8p) and you’ll be greeted by friendly staff and get the full tour. The prices are very reasonable and no contract or pushy sales pitch. A friend of my wife recommended them because they are a family owned full service gym. They have something for everyone and the atmosphere is great. Most folks mind their own business and keep to themselves which is to say it’s not a “meet market” vibe, there’s no “gym bros” or TikTok influencers walking around filming themselves. Yet the people are pretty friendly and I’ve had a couple folks give me friendly advice on how to properly use an apparatus when I’ve asked. I’m so happy we joined and my wife and I are doing great on our weight loss and fitness goals. Even my in-laws have joined and they’re in their 70’s!”
