I was frustrated and tired of every single transaction having problems that required another visit, phone calls, and being shuffled off to make room for the next customer while I still had no meds. Then I tried Jerry Whites Pharmacy. Sigh. It was such a relief! They care. I’m not just a number-NEXT! I was greeted as if they were glad to see me, my prescription was filled without fuss, and I walked out with my meds, my dignity, and a smile on my face. Well done!”

“I came here looking for baby formula for a friend of mine who can't find it for her newborn. I had ordered ahead and scheduled to pick it up. I received a notice saying that the pick was in process, but did not receive a confirmation saying it was ready for pickup.I figured I would go in and check anyways, since I was leaving town and this was on my way.They were out of it, just like everyone else is right now, but the staff was very nice about it and apologetic.Seemed like a good crew, working their tails off and feeling the supply chain hit like many of us!”

“I had been with Walgreens for over 10 years. They stopped taking my insurance so I swapped to CVS and I’m so glad I did! The staff there is so friendly and the pharmacist with the long goatee is sooooo sweet and always helpful and makes sure I have everything I need and that I am always informed and doesn’t mind taking time out to explain things to me. I’m a new diabetic and he has really been helpful and makes me feel super confident in everything that has been prescribed to me. I am so grateful for him and CVS for having such a wonderful staff! This is my forever pharmacy now!!! Thank you guys!!!”

“My husband and I went to Walgreens this evening to create our Christmas card at the photo center. We were helped several times by the employees who were patient, kind, and cared about the product. One clerk was also the front cashier, and the other was running the photo department. Making photos kept her busy, but she often checked on us to be sure we were getting what we needed. Thank you to these two wonderful young ladies who displayed top-notch customer service.”

“I've already gotten my flu shot here and the staff was very courteous. I don't have health insurance and this was the cheapest place in town for quality medicine, I checked prices. I also had a prescription filled recently and was unable to walk in due to a back injury - the pharmacist briefed me over the phone and the staff were able to charge my card outside, too. Beyond that, the staff were all pleasant and friendly. Very efficient system! Highly recommend.”
