Took my new van in for first oil change. Not long after, I get a low oil warning. The van almost blew up trying to get it off the road and to a place that could fix it. Turns out the oil filter they installed had a hole in it/ factory defect. They take forever checking everything out on a vehicle, but not enough time to check the parts they're installing, or even checking for leaks after finishing the oil change. They've lost a customer today.

Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars! I found a vehicle I was interested in and when I reached out the "salesperson" (Tim Goss) who responded was as short as possible and never followed up. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I went by the dealership to see the vehicle in person. I was there for 30 minutes walking around and looking at the cars and NO ONE came out to talk to me! Because I'm interested in the (INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED) car, not the dealership, I reached back out to Tim Goss a few weeks later and asked if he would sell the car for a certain price and instead of working with me, he merely said "No thanks." End of response. Must be nice to be able to sit on overpriced vehicles for 3 months and not worry about moving them! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! They don't care about customers!
