Terrible pharmacy. They keep trying to switch my prescription to something that is documented that I can't take for health reasons. Instead of trying to get the correct prescription, they get very rude and try to gaslight me about what I'm taking and who my provider is. This problem has been going on for over a year at this point

Do not get your medications from here unless you want to wait 2-3 days for refills and have them cancel your prescription when you try to switch to a different pharmacy.

Went for a vaccine but their system is down after they told my wife she wasn't covered under my military insurance. Don't waste your time if you are trying to get the COVID vaccine here.

I've already gotten my flu shot here and the staff was very courteous. I don't have health insurance and this was the cheapest place in town for quality medicine, I checked prices. I also had a prescription filled recently and was unable to walk in due to a back injury - the pharmacist briefed me over the phone and the staff were able to charge my card outside, too. Beyond that, the staff were all pleasant and friendly. Very efficient system! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I were trying to pick up groceries and pick up prescription in 10 minutes. He walked from the pickup area all the way to the pharmacy. He had called it in early in that morning. Then, they tried to charge my boyfriend incorrectly because the clerk did not bother to look in the system even though she was told to look it up. She insisted it was a card that was carried and had to be presented. He got mad at them and left. He calls it in to be transferred to Cornelia and they do it in literally 2 minutes. However, I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to go to another store after the pharmasist at Cornelia confirmed that the discount card was in the system and could be purchased for the same price at the Toccoa location. We went back in there to try again. Waited In the long line again. It got even worse. When the new clerk was listening to me explain the situation, the pharmasist feels the need to interupt and tell me every single reason it will be difficult to be fill the prescription there instead of just listening to me tell her I wanted to fill it there after all and starting the process toward reaching the goal. No apologies from them for the inconvenience. It was a 100 degrees outside and there was only one entrance open. When I was tired and losing patience of listening to the pharmasist's excuses, I tell her to go ahead and start the process now. She then refuses to fulfill the prescription. She points her finger at me and the clerk throws her scanner on the counter. The pharmasist says she has the right to refuse service since we were rude and cursing, which was funny since I hadn't said any curse words to her. It was a mess. I told her she was going to fill it and she turns back around to yell at me that she wasn't. I had to ask to speak to the manager and she yelled that he was "already on his way" like I am in trouble. She told me to step aside, and I told her I wasn't leaving until they were filling my prescription. They finally broke down and filled it, but you shouldn't have to deal with this behavior ever at a pharmacy. This took an hour and I had all my groceries sitting in a 100 degree car while this nonsense is happening. Ridiculous. I had to start talking about his congestive heart failure to make them realize that this was a serious medical condition and reference that we were completely out of it. You really shouldn't have to beg to get your medicine, and it is a violation of her oath and certification to not fill the prescription. The manager did not apologize or make the pharmasist or clerk apologize. I took the prescription, but I will not be back to this Walmart.

Antibiotics were called in two hours prior to arriving. Pharmacy said it would be another thirty minutes. Twenty mile drive to this location. Will never use them.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past few months since I moved back to the area. There have always been issues-unorganized, not enough registers open & 15+ minute wait every SINGLE time, etc...But today I called and was hung up on THREE times (and yes, I am sure-they picked up and I heard the "click") & have been unable to get someone on the line all day...I guess I am just going to have to go there to talk to someone in person! I am so fed up with this pharmacy! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
