Service has definitely declined in recent years. Tonight will be my last time visiting this particular store. Food was horrible and service was slow. Took 20 minutes from beginning to end with only 4 cars in line. Also, I was not told that half of my order was unavailable until after I had already paid. This left my filling my order with replacement items that was not what I ordered or wanted to be replaced.

Omg. This place is the worst. Employees screaming at each other and nothing getting done. Waited 15 minutes for a big breakfast

all employees could actually put in an effort to run the store instead of one trying to do it all. like it's ridiculous for 12 orders inside and all drive through orders to not be done in a more timely manner that's isn't 45 minutes per order.

I ordered a half-and-half large tea. I received what I ordered without ice. I never said no ice. Who drinks tea without ice?! Every trip something is wrong with the order. Nothing is freshly cooked. There's too much playing around at the registers. I worked there in 2011. We had fun, but we paid attention to the orders. Our customer service was a lot better than it is now.

If you like for people to act like they don't know whats their specials are on the menu and then treat you like an idiot when you point to it on the menu board and give you major attitude then this is then this is the place for you. Even if you just like people giving you attitude in general. This place has went to the dogs. They have a few really awesome people who work here but I never have the pleasure of dealing with them anymore.
