I walked into Eastman Verizon and Mr. Otis Wells was so friendly, kind, so patient with me because I wasn’t sure which phone I wanted to get. He explained the difference between the two phones I wanted. So I’m trying the iPhone. I was in and out no time wasted.

Sean was very helpful! He went out of his way trying to fix a Verizon corporation issue. Spent a very long time speaking to them trying to get them to resolve it. I greatly appreciate his time and patience. And I will come back to him, should I need anything phone related in the future.
