On this Friday night after some of the worst weather we ever had and so many people are out of power in our county. The town is full of people shopping for things they need. Eastman is packed with people right now. The day when it looks like if anything you would be open possibly a little late no your store decided it will close 15 mins early today. You had three customers at the door, even calling the store at 8:45 to 8:50 and your employee is no where to be seen and will not answer the phone. Well thanks a lot we were going to buy a generator but it’s ok I will not be worried about coming back for anything in the future. I will go out of town if I have to next time I need something.

Ducks are to be kept in PAIRS and sold in PAIRS. Yet, Cherie the manager apparently doesn’t know this nor does she care. They only had one duck in a bin with about 50-70 chicks/guineas. This is CRUEL as ducks are pair critters.
Not only did she not really care, she had a terrible attitude when I asked her if she knew they were to be sold and kept in pairs?! How is she a manager of a livestock/farming supply store when she doesn’t have basic knowledge of the animals she sales?!!?
Tractor Supply please do better educating your management as well as all staff on the animals they get under their care.
I can assure I will never suggest TSC of Eastman to ANY of my farming family/friends.

Cherie is an absolutely TERRIBLE store manager. Ducks are to be in PAIRS. It is cruelty to have just one duck being trampled by 100 chickens/guineas. We stopped in to visit this location and I seen there was one baby duck with a heck ton of chickens/guineas. I asked for the store manager because I have never seen a TSC only have 1 duck as these are paired animals. Usually If there are 3 left the person trying to purchase 2 usually is requested to purchase the 3rd so NONE are left ALONE. As this is CRUEL! Her attitude was absolutely NASTY as she decided to tell me she only has one duck at her house and if someone buys 2 and one dies she has to give another one. Her reasons made no sense and she needs better training.
I will never come to this TSC again. Cherie needs an attitude check. She had an attitude from the moment she was approaching my wife and I as I’m guessing the employee who called her over gave her a tip that we were concerned. Originally we just wanted to share some educational info on the ducks when she got nasty and treated us as if we are uneducated.
Tractor Supply needs to do better educating their MANAGERS so they can better train their staff. This was highly disappointing.

Eastman Tractor Supply. I bought three bags of Retriever for dog food. I opened two of the bags. In both of the bags, there was mold. The third is currently unopened. I spent 30 minutes back to back phone calls trying to reach Tractor Supply in Eastman. No one answered the phone. This is during normal business hours on a Friday. Completely unacceptable business practice as when I called the sister store, they told me that they have a three-ring answer policy. I have to drive back down there to try to resolve this situation. I have posted pictures of the mold inside the bag of dog food on the main website. There was no evidence on outside of the bags of water damage.
