I go to the Walmart in Eastman, Georgia, especially for the customer service by a man they call “Coach”. He is the epitome of customer service and he will do anything in his power to help you. He has a positive attitude and is an asset to Walmart. He deserves to be promoted and should be training people so they can learn how to provide excellent customer service.

Love the sales that the store in Eastman has every week. The sales people on the floor, you can never find anyone when you need help. Not very friendly.

Today I'm going in Walmart a group of guys coming in being rude and very disrespectful and saying stuff out the way I keep walking not paying attention to it but then hear one of the young girl employee laughing out loud at what ever they may have been doing or saying I find that unprofessional and as far as them young guys coming in being rude I'm really praying for them but the employees here in Eastman ga need to tighten up for real you never know who may be watching from another store they there self has been rude talking about people that they don't know that's why I give know Stars when I come in and for real my wife and I are from Miami Florida and we've never been through this at all with Walmart employees

If the self checkout gives you the option of a receipt by text, then you shouldn’t be rude when people don’t have a receipt for the receipt enforcers at the exit. Once I’ve paid for the goods in my bags it’s no longer Walmart property so stop accusing honest, paying customers of being thieves by insisting to look at a receipt and looking through my property in those bags. Ridiculous that we as a society accept stores like this calling the people that buy their products thieves. This is the kind of treatment that will eventually get rid of all brick and mortar stores.

Went to Walmart to buy groceries today and experienced an extremely rude female employee working at the checkout. She yelled with an attitude saying “ I can take someone over here” while rolling her eyes and not being very pleasant at all. She looked miserable and certainly acted that way towards the customers as well. Giving unnecessary attitude without a care, it’s disgusting that this location has employees treating customers this way.
