Prices at this store are insanely high, especially for clothes. More than doubled in 12 years. Never seen them this high even in the ATL stores. Guess they think that being in the Lake Oconee area means they can command caviar prices for USED donated clothing. No wonder the racks are crammed full of clothes...makes looking for anything super annoying. Go up the road to Madison and you will pay about 30% less...$8.99 for a shirt here, $6.24 in Madison. If they dropped their prices to a more reasonable amount they'd sell a lot more at those normal prices rather than lose it all on Monday color of the week discount sales, but whatever.

First (and last) time coming to this store. Absolutely nothing is sorted by size. It's not shoppable at all. I'm very disappointed because I was excited to visit this store. I figured it would be nice since it's Lake Oconee

Very high prices. $80 on a purse that was obviously fake. Bookends with a 7.99 price tag from another store.... goodwill price 12.99. Used pillows for 12.99. It was discouraging and somewhat upsetting to see these kind of prices.

The clerks don't speak to the customers. One employee took my cart and moved it six feet away with my purse in it while I was looking at merchandise. Really? Yes, really. The clerks are very rude and never say "excuse me". Please teach the employees basic manners. Also the prices are higher than in Los Angeles,, CA. The prices are too high for the merchandise that is available

Have had a few disappointing experiences here recently and today was the last straw! I go to this Goodwill once a week. The staff has not been the nicest lately but I’ve continued to go. Today, I was trying on a few items at 6:30, trying to be respectful and arrive to the register well before they closed at 7. One of the workers knocked on the door and told me they closed at 6 and I needed to leave, even though I knew they closed at 7. I tried on my items and she remained outside of the dressing room and talked to another individual about me, saying some not very nice things. She banged on the door again (at 6:35) and told me that they closed at 6 and I replied that I thought they closed at 7. She said the dressing rooms closed at 6:30 and I needed to get out. This does not even touch the surface for how rude she was to me. My friend could hear her across the store yelling at me and banging on the door. I understand if the dressing rooms close 30 minutes before the store (?) but the manner in which it was handled was horrible. Me and my friend have decided to take our weekly trip to Madison or Milledgeville. They’re nicer there anyway :)

I think the pricing of items are ridiculous! 100.00 dollars for very used damaged purses is just insane! Everything is overpriced and getting worse! I rather shop somewhere else!

Everything is way overpriced. At least 2x as much as every other Goodwill in the state. 7.99 for a shirt? $30 for a vase that's sitting on the shelf? Don't bother going here.Update after response: This is how you know they don't really care. That response is a script they use on all negative reviews.

I absolutely hate this place. Everything is overpriced. Some things even more expensive than buying them new. One cashier at all times. Always 10 plus people in line. It's worth taking the extra time to go to Madison Goodwill.

Prices for hard goods here are terrible! Practically every "used" thing is being sold at retail or higher...

Goodwill always has the best staff. They are always nice and extremely helpful if I ever have a question. The selection is always unique and spontaneous as they get new stock frequently. And depending on what day you go there is always some kind of deal or sale going on. This is the best goodwill in the area for all kinds of cool things.

Do your own math at register, multiple times they have added wrong and stuck me with gift cards afterwards, this visit, the cashier tried to guilt me into donating $5.00 “it’s for the kids” Never has there been Anymore Explanation than this Vague Response, I bet seniors get pressured by the way this lady unprofessionally approaches them, at the end she says well will you at least round up it’s .48 cents, I’ve rounded up dozens of times throughout the last year, almost every time, so tired of these grifters asking me, stuck with a gift card for $29.00 that must be used at goodwill, no returns, even for their own mistakes made seconds before. It’s Un-American to not give refunds.

This store should be great, but instead its the messiest goodwill store I have ever been in! Absolutely no attempt to organize clothing, not by size, color, or type; it’s disorganized to the point of utter chaos. Complete shopping disappointment, don’t waste your time!
