Hargray cable and Internet is by far the worst cable and Internet service I’ve ever had we paid $306 for absolutely nothing we have probably 45 channels absolutely disgusting

Customer NO service in the evening. ABC is habitually blacking out during the day as well! It is almost deliberate. Will try CS during the day. Sall see.

Absolutely pitiful internet experience, they had the nerve to raise our bill by $35 dollars for absolutely no reason, yet their service can't even stay up for more than 70% of the time! If you can get literally ANY other service in your area, do yourself a favour and choose anyone other than Hargray, they'll charge an arm and a leg for bottom of the barrel service without batting an eye.

It's 2023 and obviously the economy is a little rough these days. Called for the FIRST time ever since being a customer paying on-time for the past 2 years for an extension on a bill less than $100, and they flat refused. They just said they can't help, and don't offer any type of payment plans. Okay, so now my internet can just get cut off, and my child does part of his homeschool curriculum USING the internet. They don't care, and said they don't do bill extensions. This is completely unacceptable that they refuse to even work at all with customers, not even a little bit. It's back to school time too, so we have enough on our plate paying for school supplies. On top of that, there are very limited providers in the area!

Tried to report employee's supposed to be working on fiberoptic line just standing around for over an hour and a half ❗ Lady at the Putnam office was very rude and told me to get service from someone else ❗ Been with this company since plantation cable, always paid bill on time or early, didn't expect to be spoken to in this kind of manner ⁉️ Do all employees speak to their customers like this ❓ This is the kind of people I'd expect to deal with in New York or California ❗So Thank you for your hospitality.Resident of River Bend Drive

I see quite a few reviews here, saying how good the customer service is with Hargray. Our experience has been quite different. My elderly parents have been waiting to have their service hooked up for almost three months now. Hargray has to run a line for their house, which shouldn’t be that difficult, as their next door neighbor has Hargray. They have been telling my parents, literally every week, that they are going to be out there to install everything. Then, no technician, no call, nothing. A few days later, my dad calls again, and they say they’ll say they’re going to be there at some specific time, just to no-show again. This past week it was supposed to be, “first thing Tuesday morning”. I’m not sure how a business gets away with handling new customers that way, nor am i sure why my dad would still be interested in giving them his money, but he still does want his internet. I would have washed my hands of Hargray second week and been done with it.

Our contractor cut our cable/internet this morning while doing some landscaping. After a brief hold to get to technical support, I am back to working from home within 2 hours of my call. Courteous service from the phone rep and the field technician was both friendly and efficient and called before he arrived. This was amazing service. Thank you!

I was given a time about a week after moving in and Chris from dispatch was able to get me in the day we were moving in. He was very nice and accomodating.

Hargray internet is by far the best in town. We stream ,have gamers, and easily have 10 or more connected to wifi and never have any lag. Definitely recommend!
