Brought my 2012 Audi A6 in for an oil change after another location didn’t install the filter correctly, a problem I have had with mechanics in the past not familiar with German cars. They diagnosed the issue and got everything squared away. Great people as well

Had some work done for a warranty issue with carvana. Because it's closest to me. They worked with me as fast as they could, to begin with and the review would be better if not for lack of communication. Constant "we'll call you right back" turned into days of waiting him having to call them back.My husband had headlights replaced on his truck. Unknown to them or us really, the headlights had trim pieces made on the assembly itself that had to be taken off the old and placed on the new. Well, after mentioning it to the people at the shop, "I'll call and find out and let you know in a little bit". Few days later(husband had to call them again), "I haven't heard anything on them, let me call". A week passes, still no call from them. Husband calls, "we gotta order them in, we'll let you know when they're here". It's been a month now since the trim saga started, husband calls checking, "we only got one in, waiting on the other". That was 2 weeks ago. This whole fiasco is pushing out to 3 months total time. From the time he started the warranty claim, until now. And he still has yet to receive a call from them updating anything. So if you're in a hurry or want some actual communication about work getting done, stay far far away from here.

We were traveling and our exhaust broke. We showed up mid afternoon to see if we possibly could get it repaired maybe the following day. They got us right in and made the necessary repairs and we were there less than an hour. We were from out of state and were in a bind, they could have easily rake us across the coals but didn't. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and fast service.

OVERCHARGED ME AND HAD ME PAY 500+ BUCKS FOR AN ISSUE THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX. If I still lived in the area I’d swear to never use them again. So instead I’ll recommend people still in the lake area to not use them. No amount of pleasantries can fix the fact this place is a rip off.

While traveling from Florida to Lake Oconee the air conditioner in our vehicle started blowing hot air. I found Tire One Complete Auto Care online. The crew was extremely helpful. They were able to identify and fix the AC issue for a very reasonable price. Very thankful for their help and had nice cool vehicle for the trip back to Florida.

I took my car to Tire One Complete Auto Care to have them check my car for the lights flashing on my dashboard. After inspection, the mechanic told me I needed to replace an oxygen sensor. I asked the price and he checked with the suppliers and said the oxygen sensor itself was only $80. I told him to replace both while he was at it for that price. He then quoted $225 for parts and labor total. We agreed upon that price.Three days later the parts came in, so I brought my car in for the agreed service. They called me that day at 3:10 to let me know they were finished, and my car was ready for pickup.Upon picking up the car they charged me $888.80. I was confused and asked how it could be that much when they quoted me $225 for a complete job. They said the parts were more expensive than anticipated, so I asked why they didn’t call me to ask for approval of this triple-the-price change, especially when it wasn’t essential to replace both.I reasonably asked them to reduce the amount, they declined. I requested the manager/owner call me; he never did.I will never be going back to Tire One again, a bait and switch and total rip off.
