“Valley Propane has been supplying our propane for years, and this past week they went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. After hours, during a winter storm, we noticed a red warning light on our generator shortly after a propane refill. The generator was not sold or installed by Valley Propane, but we were understandably concerned and unsure what to do. I left a message, and the owner called back right away. He patiently walked us through how to reset the system step by step. Communication wasn’t easy — my husband has hearing challenges and I was relaying instructions — but he was calm, kind, and never rushed us. He treated the situation as if it mattered, because it did. A few days later, he called again just to make sure everything was still running properly. That level of follow-up and care is rare. He didn’t have to help — it wasn’t his equipment — but he did anyway, and it made all the difference during a stressful winter week. Family-owned since 1998, and it shows. If you want a propane company that truly looks out for its customers, Valley Propane is it. Helyn”
