“I travel an hour to this thrift store. I always find something! The manager and staff are always so ver kind and accommodating and always smiling and helpful. I appreciate what they do even more because my husband is a disabled veteran. The prices are great but the fact that the manager especially always is so kind and accommodating is such a welcome thing. When your store managers and staff are kind , it boosts morale and that trickles to the people that shop there and I feel that! I also love that money I spend helps others. If you haven’t shopped here, give it a try! There are treasures to be found and you are always greeted with a smile! My only wish was that I lived closer so I could frequent their shop more often!”

“The clerks don't speak to the customers. One employee took my cart and moved it six feet away with my purse in it while I was looking at merchandise. Really? Yes, really. The clerks are very rude and never say "excuse me". Please teach the employees basic manners. Also the prices are higher than in Los Angeles,, CA. The prices are too high for the merchandise that is available”
