This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a company in a long time. When I went to pick up the trailer in the morning I asked if I could change the drop off location to which the employee told me that I could call later to change it. Imagine my surprise when I’m told by U haul customer support that I could not do that and that if I did drop it off at another location I would be charge almost $200. So then I had to drive an hour and a half there and then another hour and a half back home where I moved. Both U haul and the facility I picked up the trailer from will not be getting my service again. U haul could have done something to fix the situation but when I called they were rude and definitely not helpful.
