I had to sit in my car for a hour waiting on a cart because I'm disabled they don't keep them charged. And they need more and know they don't stay charged and if your disabled like me and can't stand they tell you that you if your done shopping you have to get off the cart and sit in subway what about the subway customers it's sad people spend lots of money there and the don't have a place to sit

I always give myself five stars since I get my own products, use one of 40 registers to check out myself ,and bag my own products!!! Even returning the buggy back inside the store or the buggy return in parking areas. I mean really what kind of shiat is this...? Pass out some coupons or let it pop up on the screen 10% off for 5% off your total on us!! We hope you enjoyed your shopping trip... Or should we say your No Income side hustle , that cost me to and from my gas, oil, tire thread, my time and energy. Bring back humans to the check-out, geez human interaction creates customer satisfaction...

Absolute worst customer service in their curbside department from Kisha. She thinks it’s acceptable and professional to speak in a degrading manner to anyone she feels is below her. Definitely needs a reality check.

They watch you ring yourself up close more than half the registers to ring yourself up. There are never any real lines, meaning people will cut you off and get in front of you. It's terrible. On top of all of that they want you to give them a review before you leave EVERYTIME and God for bid you don't bag a huge item, they will waste EVEN MORE of your time by making you search for your receipt and go through all your stuff... like maybe you guys should just do your jobs and ring people up in the first place. Going to Walmart is never convenient, always a disaster area. None of the employees up front do anything other than stand around on their phones and chit chat with each other. The main reason people go to Walmart is because prices, it has nothing to do with customer service, but unfortunately, their prices are just as bad anywhere else. So, to me, walmart is almost not worth going to period. This is the worst business chain.

This was a great Walmart! We have been in the Greensboro area for some time and did not realize there was a Walmart here. I was pleased by how friendly the associates were and how clean the Walmart was. It was a good change of pace from Athens!
