Internet is horrible. It constantly goes out and is very unreliable. When we got a new internet provider and called to cancel zito, they never cancelled even though they said they did. We got charged again. Never use them.

Long outages. Too frequent for 2026. We pay extra for high speed and for the last 30 hrs we’ve had no speed.

Too bad 0 stars aren't an option. Network goes down just about weekly, and not for minutes or hours - it goes down for days at a time. Zito always blames someone else in the network chain. They have no network redundancy, it's clear. And customer service? The worst you'll find. Stay far far away.
