Forever wishing we had a mail box & postal route. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to come here.
I am always having to go to another post office to do things because this one is not equipped.
When I spoke to management on getting this location updated equipment & and hopefully, a postal route added, they told me that until Eden got bigger that nothing would ever change at this location ( equipment & route).
Like Eden isn't big enough? How big do we need to be.
Seriously, what can we do together to try to get this placed updated & a postal route for the mandatory PO boxes that are unnecessary. (Half of us are across the street, not too far)
Make sure you are shopping for a mailbox when you are looking to buy a house. I've never had soooo many problems just trying to get packages & etc.

Unfortunately they don't have a computer to read or input any prepaid code for shipping packages. So if you need that don't waste time going to this office.

Google maps and the sign on the door say they open at 8am on Saturday.
Not a soul here. Rang the bell several times.
Inside door locked and cages over counter.

Not a great experience...
I run a small business and shipped a package with the correct PO Box address, and the postal worker (Vikki) put the package in the wrong PO Box. When my customer went to pickup her item, it obviously was not there, even though shipping stated it was delivered. We both ended up filing claims through USPS due to Vikki admitting to my customer that she put the package in the incorrect PO Box.... When the post office called, they tried to tell me I didn't have the correct information. I confirmed with the manager and Vikki and explained that the package it in a bright pink poly mailer. Both the manager and Vikki told me no package has come that is in a pink poly mailer. They stated it was put in the correct PO Box and that nothing else could be done.... My customer went back to the post office today, and sure enough her package was in her box with a note attached, showing it was initially put in the wrong one and had, "please put in the correct box" written across the package.
It seems that neither Vikki or the manager can take responsibility for their mistakes and this is not something I should be at fault for. When I asked what I should do if the package cannot be located, I was told they couldn't do anything and I would need to resend the item. I highly, highly, highly recommend having your items sent anywhere but here.... as clearly this is a bright pink poly mailer and was put in the incorrect PO Box.

I literally have to go to the post office maybe twice a year. Both times I have been this year I haven't been able to ship out my package because a piece of equipment is broken. It's really quite annoying.

Hands down rude tried anyway to avoid shipping a package and if she does she acts like it’s the end of the world ..if you don’t like the job please just stop so someone who wants to work can take the place of Eden worker ….Meldrim post office on the other hand is top notch and I highly recommend Meldrim and Bloomingdale but Eden can seriously shut down horrible attitude

Ok guys I did an audit hear "recorded" but I haven't decided to post it because it was my first 1 so should I post it...I will tell you that my attendant made it public she did not want to be recorded but...she did not refuse service so I give her a b....again anyone should I post my audit

Horrible post office, lazy workers. Don’t expect packages received to be put out same day. Needs a postmaster, needs younger workers who aren’t disgruntled. Despite the fact that less than a mile away mail is delivered, this post office refuses to provide that service. Postal employees argue with customers, spitefully will not give packages.

The lady that works here is one of the nicest you'll ever meet. With that being said, I think that despite the service area being quite small, there's a lot of work to be done for one person. The lady has been handeling it wonderfully though and you won't have a single problem getting your mail or solving any issues.
