Young lady who worked in pharmacy was extremely rude ( I went to a new dentist and was nervous I am allergic to almost all antibiotics and forgot to tell the dentist one of the meds) when I went to pick up meds I just asked for the other two meds instead because I can go to my primary and explain and get new antibiotics but the lady was rude and judgy because one was for nausea and one for pain she literally spoke like 3 words to me after I asked to take off antibiotics and was giving me dirty looks she didnt even tell me the total and turned pointed at it instead and asked the pharmacist if she should flag me or something I haven't had any meds filled anywhere in like two years and last time it was just flu meds so I didn't understand her reaction or rudness

They are terrible, just go anywhere else. We were happy to move. Lack of communication, and effort is staggering. They lack confidentiality, announcing your birthdate aloud in the waiting area. Did not advise us, but did not fill a reasonably expensive perscription instead of asking our preference, they just declined the perscription. They used to be great.

Calling to clear up an auto refill issue where I incurred a large shipping cost as I live on the road full time and get cut off mid explanation with “wasting her time, I will just put the medicine back then”…sorry if my explanation was too long but most people don’t understand our living and prescription handling. Either way there are nicer ways to handle conversations with your customers.

The past two times I been in this store this young lady that works at the front registers is very rude and unprofessional. CVS need to train their employees about customer service. I can go spend my money elsewhere

The freezer food is So Disgusting the pizza i bought was so spoil The only thing good about CVS is that ice cream everything else is very old I don't believe the manager checks the freezer to make sure it's working never again ??

Very unprofessional place to shop at. I called to see what time my meds will be ready and the people in the pharmacy informed me that it was in the truck and they didn’t have time to go through the truck to retrieve it. She told me that I didn’t understand how busy it was and I informed her that I worked for cvs for 8 years and I know they could lookup the invoice and find the tote that the medication was in. She said it will be after lunch to even do that and she then hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for pharmacy needs. Cvs has gone down hill tremendously and they will just hire anybody just to get a body in the store. If you care about your health DO NOT shop here.

Awful!!! Pharmacy had never heard of a travel waiver, and had no desire to find out or help. This is our go to for our insurance, and unacceptable,just no interest g in getting daughters meds for study abroad, have informed insurance, and will be contacting CVS
