Some note the location brings it down due to a frequent police presence, but many find it convenient and have never had issues. It is praised as a go-to store for everything needed.
They offer friendly service and fill orders quickly. I usually order refills on the app and if I order it in the morning it's almost always ready the same day.

Some of the employees leave a lot to be desired. Many are friendly. There's one in particular, Kacy, she has some facial piercings which sounds scary but she's amazing! So kind and helpful. Another girl, Ariona, mainly does self checkout. Another shining employee of Ingles in Elberton.
