Verizon suspended my service due to non-payment for the month of July. It seems they did not have my current card info which was actually updated in June but obviously didn't register in their system. The mobile app was not cooperating with the payment information I was inputting. Brandon in the Elberton store took charge, got a rep on the phone and inputted the correct info. I'm up and running again. He put my mind at ease. He was very professional, displayed great customer service and efficient. Thank you again Brandon.
