The people working here are always so nice!! I’ve come to pickup a prescription right at closing before and received the same pleasant smiles and good customer service I get any time I’m here. Keep up the good work, y’all!!EDIT - Once again, the staff here went above and beyond by getting my prescription ready instantly when I wasn't going to be able to get it had I been required to wait the few hours I was originally estimated. Each time I come here, both in-store and drive-thru, the staff is always great!!

I had many years of good service from the Pharmacist as well as the cashier associates, however; in the past year or so although the pharmacist have been ok, the associates in the pharmacy are terrible. They act as if you are a burden on them for stopping by. Customer service is a thing of the past at this location. No hello,welcome, goodbye, have a nice day or anything that you would/should expect.Again, the various pharmacist are helpful and nice, but because of the lack of customer service we do plan on moving our prescriptions to another location.

I use to love Walgreens for all my medicine but now that the pharmacy is not open on Saturday and Sunday I may have to go to another pharmacy. I went to the doctor on Saturday and needed medicine so I had to go to another pharmacy that was just as helpful. ? Please open on weekends.

The best Pharmacy!!! They went out of their way to help me in helping me get medicine over the busy holiday. I took up a lot of their time, but they were so patient, and great!! I am new to town, and will be back.

I stopped by and was able to use there restroom and buy a cheap water bottle. Everyone was kind and friendly especially the cashier. We were able to start talking and had a really nice conversation while I was checking out.

Worst pharmacist I’ve ever talked to. Refused to call my doctor for an emergency refill because I moved my prescription somewhere else in the past; this was life or death and he explained how inconvenient it was to make this call. This man is disgusting

I have been on the phone for days trying to get my mom her 2nd Covid19 vaccination shot and all they can tell me is they don’t have access to the portal to make appointments and that the system must be down but yet there’s no one I can talk to to take care of this. This system is completely unorganized!

I prefer Walgreens over any other drug store. The Elberton Walgreens is great. Best pharmacy. Keith, the pharmacist, gives a pain free flu shot. Everyone is so nice and professional.

I called the Elberton Walgreens and asked the young lady if she could pull claritin and Align up to the register because I was sure my husband could not find it. I had just come home from my 3rd round of chemo. Not only did she have it ready for him she gave him coupons to help with the cost and showed him how to put the phone number in for my rewards card. Best customer service in Elberton Georgia!
