Absolute scam of a vet. Just wants money.I had taken my very sick, weak 15 year old cat there to be seen. My cat could barely stand as he had not been eating or drinking. I don't know if Gregory does not like cats or what but the way him and his assistant absolutely threw my cat around pulling on him, scruffing him. I've never seen my cat cry from pain simply from being handled. First thing he says after assessing my cat is that he needs to be kept over the weekend on an IV and then given dental surgery. When I made it clear I was on a tight budget I was told that I could get fluids injected under his skin and would be given medication (antibiotics and pain) to take home. The meds they gave me did nothing for my pet, and I have never even seen or been given them in my years of owning cats but I thought what did I know. Looking back at the paperwork I was charged for things I didn't even approve. All I said Gregory could do was inject him with fluids and then let me take him home but while he was back there they were injecting him with other things which they charged substantially for. I was also being pressured to do bloodwork for him which I've never seen any vet charge so much for the fee was ridiculous. Just very disrespectful people that don't care about animals, only how much money they can squeeze out of every client. Should honestly be ashamed of what they pretend to stand for.Anyways I took him to a way better hospital where he was treated gently and nicely (he didn't cry out in pain as he had no physical ailments) and given meds to take home that are actually improving his condition and he's eating again. I was given way more medication for cheaper and he's improving. Like you can't make this up.Also can't wait for him to reply to this passive aggressively as I've seen him do on other reviewsI have decided to add an edit to this post so as I'm able to reply to the absolutely absurd passive aggressive response to my initial posting. The alarming speed of the reply to the first has me quite disturbed. Nothing better to do with your time.To start I am concerned that I am needing to explain that replying to reviews in and of itself is obviously not the behavior that is passive aggressive but rather the attitude and approach taken to the replies, arguing with clients etc. I'm not sure how much farther we can get if this simple concept can't be understood but hope this helps. His appearance was "unkempt" because he was sick. When taken to an actual real vet after being seen at your office I was told he looked to be in great health other than the issue he was having which was in his mouth. For you to also insinuate neglect is appalling and disgusting behavior from you.I approved for you to inject him with fluid under his skin as I have already iterated and to be given medication taken home with me which I will also take the time to add was portioned out so you could give me as little as possible. But the syringes may as well have been filled with water as they were completely useless. I paid the SAME price for MORE and BETTER medication that actually helped. As for how he was treated there was no "restraint" being given when he is being literally THROWN on your table and crying in pain and fear so that excuse is invalid. I mean he could barely stand. He was so sick and how you could double down and justify treating an animal in such a manor is appalling. I work with animals myself and there is simply no excuse. No other vet would have had any reason at all to have contacted you as you are not his primary vet and would not have had any records for them anyway so that makes no sense for you to add that. You deserved the truth to be told in my review which is what you got. As I can see a lot of other clients have had similar experience to me maybe I can warn others to save their money

We brought our two-year-old Great Dane to see Dr. Gregory. She had a large, persistent growth on her cheek that had been treated previously by another vet office with little success. Dr. Gregory immediately identified the growth, gave us a clear set of options from which to work with, and was upfront and transparent about honest prices. We decided to go for the surgery option. He was able to do the procedure immediately. He and his staff were professional, highly skilled, and efficient. It was instantly evident how well they work together as a well oil machine. We left knowing that we got the absolute best treatment possible For our dog. Thank you, Dr. Gregory and staff

So I’ve been goin to Dr. Gregory since I moved to GA at the start of ‘23. He was recommended by local friends and when I began working with him for my pets, everything was just fine. The first few times I brought my pets there, I had requested to have my prescriptions written out so I can buy from Chewy instead of having to buy directly from their higher priced pharmacy with the exception of a singular one-time med here or there. The staff at the front definitely knew this and it was no surprise when I requested a prescription though them before. Now when I visited with my dog on November 6th ‘23, I was going over the basics with Dr Gregory regarding meds and her basic condition. At this point, the Dr. was “reading” directly out of her “file” and asking if I wanted to “get her sent home with her usual flea treatment of Credelio”. The thing is, as soon as I heard Credelio, my gut told me that was wrong. I asked him to repeat himself, to which he once again tries to push his pharmacies medication on me. My response was a very curt request for only the prescriptions and not to be sold any medications. I hadn’t put much thought in the fact that the medication name was wrong and was more concerned with making sure I didn’t buy meds from him. Judging by the look on the technicians face who was in the room with us, it seemed as if no one was comfortable because this was not the first time he had pressured me to purchase from him.Now the issue here isn’t that he was trying to upsell his meds to me, I understand he’s running a business. But upon my latest request a few days ago for my vet records, I discovered that my dog had never been prescribed or administered the drug Credelio, rather we had her setup on Bravecto which is topical and not a pill. So to be clear, I have no issues with someone who wants to make me uncomfortable by pushing me towards an upsell. I DO ,however, have an issue with someone who lies so me In order to upsell some promotion they might have going on. And Dr. Gregory before you respond, please know that whatever Credelio you did give me early on last year was not on a prescription basis and not even for my dog but rather for the other animals i was living with at the time which you were fully aware of when providing me those meds.So either one of two things happened.1.) Your files were reflecting inaccurate statements which tells me that I should find a vet that is more competent in knowing exactly what is going on with my pets and their medications.Or2.) You unethically LIED to me about her file in order to persuade me to use your pharmacy and upsell me your pharmacies medication. As well as that, when I called for clarification on why I had to come back in for another checkup before having a new prescription written, one of the staff up front claimed I had never done blood work there. Not just in the last six months which is required for a prescription but they tried to tell me that the entire time of bringing my pets in, my dog had NEVER had blood work done.I called back 5 minutes later to request my files and found a new vet.If you want a vet with ethics and integrity, please look elsewhere. And thank the lord I never let him operate on my fur babies! I read a few horror stories just before writing this review. Feel free to read some of the other one star stories besides mine. And if you DO decide to go here, make sure you request all prescriptions to be written out and buy them elsewhere like at Chewy. I guarantee you it’ll be cheaper, all of my meds have been! Just takes the extra step of mailing out the prescription but 100% worth it. Make sure to request all prescriptions at the appointment!

We brought our two biggest babies in for an annual check up that was priced at $165 a pup over the phone. The staff was friendly and did great with both dogs in the office together. It's unfortunate that it's impossible to find quality and affordable care after what we expected to be an approximate $400 (flea medications separated from package)appointment turned into $803.

I brought in my cat to find out what was wrong with his teeth. I made it very clear I was on a tight budget and could not spend more than $500 or $600. After attempting to make me feel bad with lots of "well then he might die" for not accepting so many "tests" and "precautionary measures" or their $1,500 estimate, I took him to Guyton animal hospital and they gave him the care he needed for less than $500.

Vets and Techs seem knowledgeable. I'm not very good with names, but one of the vets misdiagnosed my dog. Next time we went, the other vet (the male one) diagnosed him quickly and treated him effectively. Nice people. Overall good environment

Immorally expensive, saved over $300 going somewhere else for heart worm. Charged over $700 for another problem my dog had without fixing the issue, eventually found what was wrong so had to have surgery which was over 4k when we were initially told 3k.

Dr. Gregory is an extremely knowledgeable vet that does a great job of articulating his knowledge and care of our pups in ways for us to understand. This is the only place that treated our pups like family in our area. We couldn’t believe how great Black creek is with cost. This will definitely be our lifetime vet.

?????? I started coming here in December 2022 when my GSD was 8 weeks old, and every time I come here I always get the best service, friendliest faces, and exceptional care from the doctors. Today I called about a possibly broken tooth on my now 4month old pup. They told me they didn't have any appointments today. However they asked how quick I could get here and I might have to wait awhile (i live 5 min away). Absolutely no problem (I expected that, I was just grateful they managed to squeeze us in). We ended up waiting maybe 5 minutes, and Dr. Gregory had us seen quickly. Our pup man is 100% okay, and thanks to the doc, my mind was put at ease. It was, and always has been, exceptional here. I give this place my gratitude and will always come back. ?? The whole team is amazing. Thanks again!!

Dr Gregory took extremely good care of my dog. I received false information from a previous vet, he corrected everything and informed me of the correct diagnosis. He is professional and extremely Attentive. The staff is polite and extremely helpful. I will be making this my primary vet

We have been going to Black Creek Animal Hospital for several years now but we’ve been seeing them quite frequently for one pet or another over the past 6 months. We have always loved the staff and can always get in quickly when needed. Just a few weeks ago Dr Gregory even saved our pet turkey! I will always trust him with all of our pets, no matter their species! Attached are before and after photos or our Tommi girl that Dr Gregory treated with no hesitation and if I had to guess, a good bit of amusement ?
