I have never felt so devalued so dismissed in my life,the service at the ellabell post office is meet with aggravation as if you're bothering her, I personally don't understand how someone comes to work with so much hatred in them.... I also want to make sure this does not reflect on the excellent service Mrs.jennifer display, she's an absolute breath of fresh air considering what we deal with concerning the other lady

I received 2 pkgs in a box on 12/7. Inside was assorted flyers and a letter from the post office that said i left trash on tables and cans had to be removed due to missuse. If they had posted a sign, i would have never left it!! I never make issues with mail put in wrong boxes or late being put out!!! Someone forgot the people who pay their salary!! UPDATE!!! 2 days after i posted a negative review I had foot prints on my mail!!!

Customer service is just horrible. They make mistakes and blame it on you. Always, always check behind them and ask for a receipt, as they won't automatically give you one.

Never delivers packages as they’re lazy, saying that no one was home when they never knocked in the first place, tried to say a large package ( a desk) couldn’t fit in the mailbox, of course, bring it to the front door. Then the one package that did come they left on the hood of my car? Horrible experience. They need a new driver.

All my important mail never shows up to my house. Money, drivers license never comes! This facility scanned it and it never got to my box!!!!

What you get for $60 a year .If your sender refuses to put your P.O. box and puts just your address most of your packages and really important legal mail will be sent back, but junk mail still makes it. I'm sure Pembroke Office is a big part of it.
