I live half way between the Pig in Ellaville and stores in Americus. I would much rather make the drive to the Pig. The meat is fresh and our family can tell when its "pig meat" or from a national retailer. The isles are clear and you don't have to work around pallets of items being restocked. The folks are helpful and friendly. They offer self check out but its optional you can still get service by friendly local folks. One thing no one can deny is how much they give back to the local school system and invest in the kids they are always quick to help when asked.

Customer service in the deli is horrible. Lady had a bad attitude when I asked what was in the tater tot casserole… If you don’t want to serve me then find you a better job.I will never go back. By the way the casserole was horrible

Son bought chicken tenders and it broke 2 of his back teeth in HALF! Stay outta there in Ellaville until the health department clears them. What's so bad is I WORK FOR A DIFFERENT PIGGLY WIGGLY NOT associated with this one! Thank the Lord. Everyday I get a complaint from somebody about that Ellaville, GA store. Nice if they'd offer to pay son's dental bill.

I used to work at this store. The owner and his Minions are rude and difficult to work with. Notice that there are always different employees working every time you go there. The owner used to curse at us as teens. I would not allow my family member to work here. Beware that a lot of items are out of date.
