“Hey just want to tell the higher ups at this location specifically. Everyone here doesn’t care about your order or anything that is happening around them. Every single employee I run into is worthless and is annoyed/ or angry that a customer is even thinking about asking them a question. The only reason I have “5 stars” is because of one single employee. His name is SHANE BAGWELL. The higher ups of this poorly ran establishment should be getting on their knees and praising this man for wherever he walks in the facility. The minute he is no longer working here will be the day I update this review to most likely a “1 star”. Make sure you take care of this employee and this is just a completely honest review. You all need to work on either making current employees happy or find more people like SHANE BAGWELL. Literally nobody else cares is an understatement.”
