This CVS pharmacy has amazing and very pleasant staff who are nice and always apologize for the wait. However, the pharmacy could use some more help as they seem short handed and short staffed with a high demand. The wait time is entirely too long, ridiculous, and can be long at times. Customers report waiting a minimum of 30 minutes inside or outside, with long drive-thru waits. The store has been affected by the COVID pandemic. Some customers express frustration, while others appreciate the staff's hard work.
Thanks Dani. He politely requested I leave the drive thru and come inside while he verifies my new insurance coverage. The drive thru line was gettin longer. It was raining heavily today but I abliged cause he asked so nicely. He also used complementary spare change to pay what little I owed! Great Customer Service today!
