It saddens my heart to see the current state of the store, I’ve been shopping here from the opening of the store and to see it die in such a way is heartbreaking. By no means do I blame the children who are running the store because they have been running themselves into the ground trying to keep a dying store alive. For months I saw all of 3-4 different employees at the store no matter the time or the day, the same children from open to close day after day working their hardest to run a store with no help, support, or guidance from upper management and the dollar tree company itself. For them to have been abandoned by their store manager and left to run the entire store on their own is absolutely unacceptable and the dollar tree company should be beyond ashamed. But they don’t let that show they always welcome everyone in with a smile and are quick to help. I hope they all abandon the store the way the company abandoned them.

Since the tall cute white guy left…. It’s been a real wreck! You can tell nobody knows what to do without him leading them! Bring the white guy back!

This store doesn’t open on time or answer the phone. This should be reported. It shouldn’t be a reason that they don’t follow store protocol by opening up to the public when the store policy say so. it’s more than 8 cars out here waiting on the store to open on time and it’s already over 7 minutes late

Injury in store just now getting back to going to stores. Young cashier was in distress grab his head shaking i was thee only one in store I could see , I put arms around him to steady him keep from falling. He got limb so to keep this child from serious Injury I put myself as a cushion to sorting his fall they had a little space in between ice machine , the buggy cart plus boxes near offic and cashier, no one came seem like at least 10 min.after we hit the concrete floor and boxes sharp points , than everyone came looking not helping manger and lady cashier came finally said I HEARD YOU YELLING. What took them so long this not my job. I had to tell them call 911 people just looking not pulling out cell phone , so I hurry out side yell call 911. 15min has past no med person. So lady said she get in her car drive to firestation get them still to 10 more min. And when they came I'm in pain all I want is to know he was being cared for could have been my son I wouldn't want no one to just leave him. So they came got him off floor . And I only wanted to go home my boby pain was to intense. When to doctor 2 days later for pain felt different then my old age pain. Now 2 Mos later bills come see where I got to come out pocket. Went. Back to store but none of the people were there to speak with. You know they didn't even thank me or as my name. So I wrote the company. A month no response, and today I called and they the lady was rude. Like I didn't know what I'm talking about cause I only knew Dollar Tree in ellenwood ga. She hung up on me but I knew she would. I have hard time expressing myself. Don't Give Them the right to treat me any way.

Just moved to the area and I’ve found my new dollar tree. The staff were Friendly. The lady was very helpful even though she was busy stocking shelf’s. She was happy to help!

I appreciated the “spunky” and happy lady, who welcomed every person who walked in the doors, regardless of what she was doing. “Welcome to Dollar Tree!” I can’t remember the last time I was greeted. While the store is typically stocked and cleaned, customer service needs improvement. On one occasion, the young lady was on her phone. Today the young man, who doesn’t say 1 word, smoked on his pen with several customers, including myself approaching his line. When I said something about it, he simply said ooops, as if there was absolutely nothing wrong with what he was doing. Standards are far too low, not just here.. but everywhere.

The manager here was very disrespectful and so was the employee. She closed the line while I’m in line then got mad at me because I said you have to finish your customers.

First time shopping this store. I wanted to see if they had the small size twizzlers. I asked the sales clerk. We both checked and no twizzlers. I was able to find the heavy duty clear forks that the other stores did not have. Before I left, the sales clerk found me with a pack of twizzlers that I had long been searching for. I thanked her. Great customer service from the time I walked into the store and until I left. Customer service means a lot to me....I will be back. Thank you for taking the extra mile in finding the twizzlers...now I don't have to go to Walgreens to get them..

The cleanest and most organized family dollar that I’ve ever been to ! They had items that I’ve never seen but only heard about in fb groups. I think this might be my favorite location. Wow

Customer service is good but it is verrrry junky and not too clean. Just a quick run in to maybe pick up a birthday card or a gift bag.
