Customer service is good but it is verrrry junky and not too clean. Just a quick run in to maybe pick up a birthday card or a gift bag.

^I was warmly greeted by a lady named APRIL. As she wiped down the glass doors. She also later walked with me to find an item (it was out). Only if all the Dollar Trees had 4 employees like APRIL in each store!

Yesterday I went here and I received the most awful customer service. The worker was a black, bald female. She saw me and and another customer had been waiting in line behind a customer who had a basket full of items. She then opens up her register and calls next customer to come to her line. I go over to her line (after waiting about 5 mins in the other line ). Then a young girl comes in the store and goes to the balloons. She then proceeds over there to help the girl that literally just walks in the store! Me and the lady behind us said she needs to get in line and not just skip. The worker then tells me I NEED the HOLY SPIRIT! I said excuse me and she very RUDLY says I wasn’t talking to you! I have never experienced any customer service like this and was so bold about it. Needless to say I shall not be returning and Dollar Tree will hear about this.

The business needs to be more accommodated to customer and employee relationships. Not just the corporate and manager aspect. Georgia sometimes feels like it is going backwards we have to speak up.
