My family put my Mother's belongings in storage after she passed. I pay for the storage EVERY month! This one time there's a customer service representative by the name of VICTORIA that took my payment! She was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The nerve to try and be smart mouthed for NO REASON, BUT YOU ARE TACKY BY SMACKING LIKE YOU ARE EATING POPEYE'S. It's always that one that DON'T have any respect for the company nor their customers!!! Will have my brother in law moving our Mother's belongings ASAP!! Some things ain't worth dealing with!!!
