Wish I could give this location zero stars. After my 2nd package was “ lost in transit” or delayed how my package go from out for delivery THREE TIMES NOW ITS PENDING I use pickup option anytime fed ex is the shipper wish I knew they used fed ex would have never ordered they do nothing but steal your packages especially shoes. Luckily UPS shipped the same pair hassle free . I started getting driver information and filling a police report someone will be held responsible

After reading the reviews on this location I’m starting to believe that I’m not gonna receive my package and that it just may have been taken. My package was due to be delivered on Saturday but then all of a sudden delayed okay. Then it says that it would be delivered on Sunday between 10-2 that came and went so I called to see around 5 why my package hasn’t been delivered. They say end of day which suppose to be 8. 8 o clock came and went. It’s Monday and all it’s says now is that it’s pending no delivery info for my package I have been on the phone with fedex all day. They tell me that my package is just sitting on a trailer because they are short staffed and haven’t unloaded that truck and they can’t tell me when my package will be delivered. All I wanna say is if this has been a problem for this company losing and taken peoples packages why haven’t anyone call the bbb on these people. I know that if I don’t receive my package I’m for sure gonna be calling them and anyone else I need to call to get something done about this location. Because it’s seems that they always have issues with deliveries and something needs to be done about. People should not have to receive this type of service and pay there money and not receive what they order or what ever the case my be. Unacceptable and unprofessional period.

The problems with the Global Supply Chain are well known as COVID shutdowns disrupted everything. But that is (mostly) over and the one area of supply chain/logistics which should be performing the same as before COVID are the transportation and delivery services of America’s flagship companies like FedEx. Apparently they still have some problems (understandable) but it appears that they cross the line into perhaps criminal activity and the most amazing part is the negligence of management to NOT do something about it.My story isn’t that bad but what it uncovered shocked me. My wife went to a FedEx ship center in Charlotte NC to send our daughter’s prescription glasses to her in Tallahassee FL. No one asked her how much insurance she needed, she also said no one asked for her return address (maybe it was in the system from her phone number). My wife assumed that everything would work flawlessly, forgot about it and misplaced the receipt with tracking number. After about 1 week, my daughter asked where her glasses were! Luckily my wife found the receipt, we tracked the package and it was in Ellenwood GA and marked with “Delivery Exception”. I tried to call FedEx to get in touch with a customer service HUMAN but always got pushed around by their AI robot. I Googled “How to speak to a human at FedEx” and there were several threads on this topic as it’s a common problem. I ended up calling a tech support line, pressing the right number for app developer support, and ended up speaking to a nice app developer. Of course he was the wrong person, but he was a Human and inside the machine. I apologized and he said it happens all the time and he transferred me to another Human who tried to help me. She tried calling the Ellenwood GA facility several times but no one would answer. She then helped walk me through filing a claim which was needed to get on their radar. Of course, since my wife shipped it, and not me, this ground to a halt. I had to create an account for my wife, and file the claim. To FedEx’s credit, the claim was promptly approved and a check is supposedly in the mail. But the check is only for $118; the $100 limit since my wife wasn’t asked how much insurance was needed plus the $18 to ship it. OK… lesson learned on declaring the value and I guess packages can and do get lost occasionally (1 out of 1,000,000?) for a blue chip, 6 Sigma, company like FedEx. But…Before this had all happened, I tried to get contact info to directly call the Ellenwood GA facility that supposedly had my daughters glasses in the “delivery exception” status. No answer, ever, but what was more telling was the Google reviews of this FedEx location. Thousand + of very negative reviews that can only point to an extremely poorly run facility, that at a minimum damages and loses packages at an alarming rate, but more likely has an internal criminal enterprise running which often steals packages or their contents. Whether true or not, after 20 reviews complaining of this, FedEx corporate should have had a response team in there to root out corruption, with cameras and trackers everywhere to find and fix the problems. But thousands of reviews on this topic and it keeps happening!On a side not, apparently UPS has problems too that recently impacted a friend. An importer gave a 39 pound box of 12 wine bottles, labeled as alcohol, adult signature required to UPS in NJ. By the time it arrived in Charlotte, it was delivered as a 1 pound empty box, and despite the requirement for a signature, the driver ran up to the door, pushed the Ring bell, and sprinted back to his truck and drove away. Less than a minute later my friend opens the door, expecting a 39 pound box of anticipated wine and it’s empty. Despite all the Ring video evidence, UPS has already denied their claim saying it must have been empty when they received it. Police reports have been filed and it’s not over yet but…What the hell is happening in this country?

I took a day off to wait for the arrival of my package that required a signature. While standing on my porch talking to my neighbor, we heard a loud vehicle approaching very fast (45ish in a residential neighborhood and posted signs of a blind child)… by the time the box truck made it down the hill, he was going so fast and didn’t bother to stop. I assumed he was going to go down the road and turn around and deliver my package. Nope!! I guess he just needed the road to show up on his GPS. Within 5 minutes I received an email from UPS stating my package was undelivered because I wasn’t home… not true and not ok!!

1st when walk in there's nobody there but a piece paper that say call this number to get packages. I went back out the door and asked a guy that was outside and he told me that was right place for pickup. The phone counter didn't work. At least 5 people walked by and didn't try to help. A lady came by on her cell phone , so I opened window and ask for help! She kept talking on her cell for another 5-6minutes and finished it before she walked over to answer my question. She proceeded to tell me that they were done for today. I told her no! They told me I had until 8pm and it was 639pm. When I told her that phone didn't work, she checked and then told me to use my own phone. There was a microwave in the window and a guy came to warm his food then locked glass sliding window where I was standing.

This fedex ground facility misdelivered my package to the wrong house and refuses to admit any fault in the matter. Their customer service department says they opened an investigation to provide them 24-48 hours. Not hearing back i contacted them and told wait longer. On day 4 of “investigation” the case was closed. I called to find out what if anything was accomplished i was told i need to contact the seller for their lost package policy. So wasted 4 days and still no package. Fedex does not care about customers and i wish major corporations would stop using them for their packages. Beyond unhappy with their lack of professionalism.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. I ordered a package on 8/1 and the company decided to ship it FedEx. FedEx had changed the delivery date several times and, around 8/20, I could no longer see the estimated delivery date. I called the company back and they said that I should have received the package no later than 8/10. After having a new package shipped to me, I called FedEx to find out why my package appeared to still be in transport and the status hadn't changed since 8/18. After trying to speak with a customer service representative for 20 minutes, someone finally answered. I told her what the issue was and she told me that, since the company shipped my package economy, that the USPS was in charge of picking it up and had already done so. According to customer service, this is why I could no longer view any updates on my package. I quickly called my local postal service and was informed that FedEx in Ellenwood, GA is known for stealing packages and lying about it. She said that USPS doesn't have any agreements with FedEx to pick up packages and deliver them. I called FedEx back and spent nearly 45 minutes trying to speak with a representative! I was transferred a couple of times before someone finally told me that the package was "lost" and that I couldn't file a claim for it because I'm not the shipper. I am certain that my package wasn't "lost," but rather was stolen. I am NEVER doing business with FedEx again simply because of this location.

Office personal are nice. Appointment for 13:00 checked in at 0945. Drop trailer and get it when empty. I was told they would call and they never did. Went in and another lady told they don’t us we just have to look and see when they pull it. They left 21 empty pallets and all the shrink wrap in my trailer. When they dropped my trailer they didn’t bother turning the refer off and left the doors open.

This Place is Horrible, the delivery driver delivered my package a block over to someone else address. Once I got the paperwork from the shipper that my package had my address on it but the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. That tells me the delivery driver did what he wanted to do. The customer service was no help. They told me my case was closed and I would have to get the shipper who shipped my package to do a claim on FedEx website. I ask the customer service rep to get a delivery driver to pick up my package from the address the driver delivered to and bring it to my address and all they said was I have to do a claim covering up for their delivery driver mistake. I highly recommend a different delivery carrier if possible. This just my experience.

This place is literally stealing packages. My last three packages that came through this facility has been stolen each time.The tracking just says delay and hasn’t moved since 6/24/23. Its 7/02/23.The customer service is terrible. I called everyday the whole week and they claimed that they would put in a ticket and never did.I came to the location since it was only 6 mins from my house. They have a package pickup location but nobody sitting there. Just a glass and a phone with a note that says call this number for pick up but nobody has answered. I sat there for a hour and called non-stop.Employee’s hear me and see me but said nothing. I know the packages are stolen and its a thief operation going on here. I plan to call Fox5 or some news station to report the folks here. Its insane.

Package was scheduled to be delivered today (06/24/2023) I received an alert saying delivery attempted/customer not home. Which is a lie. I was home all day and no one ever came to my door nor did they leave a door tag. Now i have to wait until tomorrow to receive my package all because the driver lied!!!! I ALSO HAVE RING NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE!!!! they deserve a -5 rating and now I have to wait till supposedly tomorrow which is Sunday another excuse will be given I’m sure. I’m being inconvenienced seeing I already had an appointment to install my items on my car.

TRULY horrible experience. My address can CLEARLY be found on navigating apps like Google Maps or Waze. However, getting things delivered has been pulling teeth. I have had to literally call EVERY SINGLE DAY to inquire my packages. You would think that one something has been delivered once, it would be easy sailing from there on, but no. Your stuff just sits at their facility.

This has to be the absolute worst FedEx location. I ordered multiple items on the same day and my items shipped from Portland, OR and Tacoma, WA are going to arrive way before my item shipped from Kennesaw, GA due to it being "delayed" 3 days in a row at this location. What makes it worse is the fact that I live 3 hours away from this facility. Judging from the reviews FedEx needs to shut this facility down

URGENT!!! PLEASE do an investigation into what is ever happening in this location. We now join the thousands that are saying something is wrong in Ellenwood! We had some critical items being shipped in that was needed to help our sick child in an urgent condition. We had never heard of Ellenwood until our tracking showed the package arriving there - where it stopped …. and stayed…..and then after 24 hours passed …..the delivery date changed unknown …. now three and half weeks later —- this item that we needed so desperately has disappeared. I did a search on FedEx Ellenwood attempting to find some customer service “person” who might help us. It is then we saw all of the terrible reviews and stories like ours. One used to think FedEx was reputable and dependable. Something is dangerously wrong in Ellenwood.

If I could give a zero I would! This is ridiculous! My package was delayed due to unreadable label. Then I open a case and my package just disappeared. Waited 2 weeks and nothing! So I had to contact shipper and order a new one. And now it’s been stuck at Ellenwood since Friday. No update. I contact FedEx. They don’t help me one bit! If my package ends up not being delivered. I will be furthering to federal actions. And as many people who have complained I’m sure we could all work together on getting something going.
