Even with the passing of the head coach and all of the changes that come along with such an event, the gym maintains the same professionalism and culture that it had before. Great for people of all ages to train whether you want to compete or just get in shape.”

“This planet fitness was well organized the restrooms and locker room was clean, I had a great workout and I would go again and again to this particular planet fitness. I visit planet fitness's all over the country and I really like this one especially the music!”

“I honestly want to believe that the staff aren’t the problem here. As my first time getting a gym membership, I do not recommend this place. The day I signed up, I was not informed of any other memberships and was ultimately given the premium membership, which I later find out. Three days after signing up for the gym, I emailed/called the gym to have my membership cancelled. I requested a refund as I had never entered the gym other than the day I went to sign up, mind you I only had the membership for 3 days. The company refused to give me my refund(stating they never charged me, even though I provided a screenshot of the payment that had processed)… and To top it off they are now sending me emails and text msgs stating I still owe what is next months membership... Like I said before I had the membership for 3 days and cancelled. They kept my first payment even though they claim they did not receive it and now they are still asking for more money. I completely do not like that and this really makes the company seem like they’re money hungry…..(Update: Kelsey has reached out and has resolved my concerns/issue. I do appreciate they have helped me out. In the future, I do hope that they make the cancellation process more simple, as I believe it shouldn’t be a hassle to try to cancel a membership.)”
