Staff is unprofessional and rude! They'll judge you too and not expect your child. Liars! Told me my baby's slot was full AFTER I did the change with caps, had my friend call and they said they had openings. The director is NOT friendly or welcoming! No smile or nothing on her face. They act uppity , because they know it's not many daycares to choose from in the area. It's so sad!

I would give this place 0 stars . Please don’t take your kids here . The owners and the big lady in the front are so rude . The big lady in the front never smiles she’s so rude and she cares nothing about the kids that attending . The husband owner bragged that he don’t care about reviews because he still get kids to attend for 17 years . Very unprofessional. The owners and the big lady both met me at the door to tell me my 2 YEAR OLD got pass his teacher and ran out the FRONT DOOR. When I asked why they allowed that the guy owner told me I should be asking my son and telling him not to run out a 2 YEAR OLD BABY. I was upset with the lack of patience and love they gave to my child . They told me the will unenroll him if it happened again. I told them I’ll just take him out and they quickly got his things and put us out. It’s so sad how black people treat you when you in need of help and assistance. The teacher at the center told me not to worry I’m doing a good job by removing him because M S Magical stars is not a good loving child care for him . She stated how she’s very sorry about the owner’s behavior and they treat everyone with the same disrespect. You will regret this center please don’t take your kids here

DO NOT enroll.most unprofessional establishment I have ever came across. teachers are sweet and friendly but the management here ***** bad! director ****** has a horrible attitude and walks around with a chip on her shoulder. She has a very disrespectful demeanor and tone. My 4 month old attended here for a month. I never received my application paperwork and when I asked for a copy I received an attitude from the owner ****************** saying I cant stop their day and I have to pay for copies. I told them I didnt mind waiting but that didnt suffice for him and he still refused to give me a copy of the application I filled out. They DO NOT update the ProCare app everyday like they say they do when you enroll. I brought that to angry ***** several times and its inconsistent. On Friday 5/19/23 I arrived to pick up my baby and I asked the teacher Ms.*** what the names of the owners were and she told me. Out of nowhere ***** came stomping and asked why I needed the names of the owners because she was the lead director there and I said I needed to speak with them. She asked is there a problem with an attitude and I stated no I just need to speak with them. After I got my baby Ms. ***** asked to say goodbye to my daughter and I let her and asked if I could speak with her about a matter with ***** eavesdropping over my shoulder. on my way home ***** calls me and tells me my daughter is disenrolled because they dont do drama. What drama? Because I dont want to speak to you? Im an adult and can request to speak to anyone I want to for whatever reason! The wife ******************* is extremely rude and childish and it makes sense why she would have someone with that type personality disorder in charge. I will not be disrespected and have my child neglected because of their personal feelings. They take advantage of the fact Clayton county as a whole has a disparity of daycare providers per age group and a lot of parents have no where else to go so they have to settle.

DO NOT enroll your kids here!!! This place is ran like a ghetto mom and pop liquor store. The most unprofessional establishment I have ever came across. The customer is never right at this location. They act like the parents work for them and they paying us! No! The teachers are sweet and friendly but the management here sucks bad! The big lady director Nakiya has a horrible attitude and walks around with a chip on her shoulder. She has a very disrespectful demeanor and tone and intimidates her staff to get what she wants. She would never allow anyone to talk to her the way she talks to others. My 4 month old attended here for a month. I never received my application paperwork and when I asked for a copy I received an attitude from the owner Mr. Gleaton saying I can't stop their day and I have to pay for copies. I told them I didn't mind waiting but that didn't suffice for him and he still refused to give me a copy of the application I received. They DO NOT update the ProCare app everyday like they say they do when you enroll. I brought that to angry Nakia several times and it's inconsistent. Kia is the type of person who can dish it but absolutely cannot take it. Most definitely should not be in a customer facing role especially dealing with parents and children. On Friday 5/19/23 I arrived to pick up my baby and I asked the teacher Ms.Jen what the names of the owners were and she told me. Out of nowhere Nakia came stomping and asked why I needed the names of the owners because she was the lead director there and I said I needed to speak with them. She asked is there a problem with an attitude and I stated no I just need to speak with them. After I got my baby Ms. Josie asked to say goodbye to my daughter and I let her and asked if I could speak with her about a matter privately and she said she would be available Monday morning with Nakia eavesdropping over my shoulder. So I get in the car and on my way home Nakia calls me and tells me my daughter is disenrolled because they don't do drama. What drama? Because I don't want to speak to you? I'm an adult and can request to speak to anyone I want to for whatever reason! I called the police which was unfortunately someone she knew and the owners were called. The wife Mrs. Gleaton is extremely rude and childish and it makes sense why she would have someone with that type personality disorder in charge. She was condescending the entire conversation blaming me for her leadership's behavior. When they gaslight and are met with reactive abuse they can't take it. I will not be disrespected and have my child neglected because of their "personal " feelings. They pointed the finder at Ms. Jen instead of the person I had an issue with which was Nakia. I am not the only one who has had complaints about Nakia's demeanor and the owners said reviews are overrated and they don't take them seriously. They take advantage of the fact Clayton county as a whole has a disparity of daycare providers per age group and a lot of parents have no where else to go so they have to settle. Needless to say my daughter no longer attends here and further actions are pending. They will smile in your face upon enrollment but the true colors will come out when your child is attending there.

My two boys started with this daycare the end of october 2022, everything seemed good. It was up the street from my house and I was able to work and be able to pick my boys up. In the beginning of February I went to pick my kids up and the young lady at the front stated that there was an incident that happened with my then 10 month old baby. They stated he fell out the high chair and hit the middle of his forehead and he bust his nose. I politely asked them why wasn’t I informed and the time this occurred. I was told it happened at 7:40 am. I picked my kids up after 4 something that afternoon. I was livid because anything could’ve happened between the time I picked him up. I asked them to call me if anything else was to happen as soon as it happens. A couple of weeks later I went to pick my kids up and my 10 month old baby teacher stated that there was another incident where my son fell and hit the side of his face close to his eye on a toy. I asked them when did it happen again and again why was I not informed when it happened and the teacher couldn’t answer my question. When my job changed my schedule and I had to work later than usual. My dad had pick my kids up. He politely asked the front about the incidents with my child. Like any concerned grandparent. The young lady at the front called me while I was at work, and basically said that she did not provide any information to grandparents, sisters, brothers, uncles, and aunties. When I asked about the incident report when I picked them up I receive it until a week later and when Melvin asked about it, the lady in the front stated that you asked for one days later Needless to say I changed my babies daycare.

My Son was in Pre-K at Magical Stars. He was only there for a week. I called the school, informed them that I will be 7 to 8 minutes late picking him up, staff rudely stated you will have to pay $75.00, I said I don’t have $75.00, she said well he can’t come back until you pay $75.00. I stated my Son won’t be coming back, I arrived at 2:13, before 7 to 8 minutes. So unprofessional…

Your children social security number and card is confidential. I called bright from the start and they told me it isn’t required for them to ask for that information and don’t have to give it up also bright from the start called the owner and he got upset and told me I couldn’t no longer enroll my children well guess what I definitely don’t care because I will definitely protect my kids social security number I can give my lovely caps to another center who don’t want my kids personal information thanks

Wow! I just contacted this daycare by phone and was treated very poorly. I was told that I would not be able to ever go into my child's classroom, before or after enrollment! The representative shouted at me and cut me off each time I tried to speak!

Having sub here, center do serve healthier meals than most. Children behavior stems from lack of consistency from parents, management & some of children there need to see a specialist so they can achieve their full potential stop delaying.Children do not get variety of educational fun activities to explore just whole lot of ditto sheets thrown to them. There have been great teachers @ this facility but do to lack of disrespect from front office, over worked and low pay makes its impossible to maintain and keep great teachers.Parents as well as daycare owners, need to come to realization fast, "nice building does not make the center great.Parents must stop just dropping their child off to centers without engaging with the teacher, any center that does not allow or encourage you as the parent with speak your child's teacher "red flag". Pandemic should not be used as excuse have brief conversation w/ your child's teacher. Wear a mask.Must be dedicated in teaching the whole child. Too many centers looking line their pockets not making the children their top priority, sadly mostly done in centers that receive gov. assistant funds.

Wow. I am in shock that I wasn’t the only person. To notice children’s behaviors. I was a sub through a third party contractor but they treated me like staff. They appeared to be nice but front office staff had attitudes from the jump. Too many kids in one classroom and this is during covid. They placed me in the room with kids from ages 5-11, maybe 12 since there were six graders in the classroom. About twenty kids. Children were out of control and staff didn’t care. I never returned due to staff nor parents being informed on a staff member was out due to contracting the virus !! Which me and two other staff members are pregnant! Endangering us, with NO INFORMATION. Honestly it was just ghetto and no one wore there masks properly.
