“So look when you are a women it can be scary or hesitant experience dealing with your car. But I have to give Jay’s there kudos, because it is truly a safe space. I bought 4 tires a year and an half ago, at a great price. I have had to go back for 2 tire plugs, rotation, and a tire sensor issue and I have paid nothing. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, but most importantly attentive. The waiting area is clean, and I have never had a long wait. The young lady who seems to “conduct” the operation is sharp. I have sent 5 people to get tires from Jay’s and everyone loves them. So support local businesses and receive great service for sure.”

“What an excellent customer service experience I received on February 13th 2025. I desperately needed help with my flat tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I stopped by Mavis Tires and Brakes @ 4373 New Snapfinger Woods Drive to fix my flat tire. I met Carmel, Ace and Tyrone at the shop. It was almost getting to the end of the business day but they were ready to help. Carmel quickly got all my information into the computer. Tyrone quickly drove my Jeep Wagoneer into the shop to inspect all the tires and the flat tire.
Tyrone explained the flat tire issue to Carmel and Ace for the best plan of action. The flat tire was worn out and the best option will be to buy a new tire or install the spare tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I asked Tyrone to install the spare tire on the Wagoneer and I will take my vehicle to Discount Tires the next day since I have been using their services and warranties on my vehicles for so many years and a loyal customer.
Without no hesitation, Tyrone professionally installed the spare tire. Carmel and Ace provided the paper work for the service. To my surprise and amazement when I looked at the paper work it was $0.00 dollars and fees. They provided an excellent service without charging me any fees. I was completely blown aware by their collaborative and effective customer service experience I received from this three employees.

“Oh, where do I begin! What a wonderful business with first class service! Last Friday, I was driving my partner’s truck to the airport and, in my haste, topped off the fuel tank with gas instead of diesel. About ten miles down the road I could tell something was off, at which point I mentally replayed the stop at the gas station and immediately knew I’d made a HUGE error. I quickly pulled off and called a couple of shops near me. Neither of them worked on diesel engines, but the second one told me to call Barber. “They’re honest and they’ll do right by you.” AND THEY DID!
This could have been a horribly stressful time but Ben was such a pro and was a calm in the storm. I had the truck towed and within an hour and a half of the discovery I was back on my way to the airport.
For the duration of this situation, I’ve been communicated with regularly, and they have provided very detailed and itemized pricing for the services needed. Luckily enough for me, all I needed was to drain the lines and clean the filters and I was good to go. They did discover another issue that needed immediate attention and were able to take care of that while the truck was still in the shop.
This is a professional business. They are worthy of the trust given to them by their customers. Don’t think twice if you need service - this is the place!”

“My tire was leaking air on my way home from work (I had a spare tire in my trunk) today and I had an appointment to get it changed tomorrow after work. Once I noticed it was leaking on my dashboard through the tire pressure monitor, I googled “Tire Installation Near Me” and R/Rtire services came up. I was greeted in nice and friendly matter. They had that leaking tire off and with the new tire on just 20 minutes or less. Excellent customer skills, what a phenomenal job they have done today. Definitely will go back anytime. “This is solely from a business perspective. I manage an auto body in Maryland and I used to order tires from other companies, but they eventually fell off. We now order all of our tires from US Auto Force and let me tell you why. When I call in to order tires from other places, the person on the other end would only ask me what the tire size and brand I'd like to order, then ask for a PO. That's it.
But when I called USAF, there were 2 ladies that went out of their way to assist me and this wasn't just once, but every. single. time.
Their names are Q and Chardae and they were marvelous in terms of finding better tires, at cheaper prices, and double checked multiple warehouses across the nation to ensure I got the best prices and availability.
Most parts stores, insurance companies, and other companies that I deal with, very seldom do I receive this type of customer service.
