“This is solely from a business perspective. I manage an auto body in Maryland and I used to order tires from other companies, but they eventually fell off. We now order all of our tires from US Auto Force and let me tell you why. When I call in to order tires from other places, the person on the other end would only ask me what the tire size and brand I'd like to order, then ask for a PO. That's it. But when I called USAF, there were 2 ladies that went out of their way to assist me and this wasn't just once, but every. single. time. Their names are Q and Chardae and they were marvelous in terms of finding better tires, at cheaper prices, and double checked multiple warehouses across the nation to ensure I got the best prices and availability. Most parts stores, insurance companies, and other companies that I deal with, very seldom do I receive this type of customer service. Q and Chardae's service is unmatched. If you're reading this, please know that I truly appreciate what ya'll did for me. Thank you.”

“Had a wonderfully pleasant experience at this shop this morning. Had a nail in my tire and was going down the rabbit hole of a possible replacement. Rivian Service Center couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and Discount Tire didn't have any appointments for a few days. Found this shop on google, drove right in (no appointment), got help within seconds. They were able to plug my tire for a ridiculously reasonable price. And they let me watch the whole time - it was a cool learning experience. Thank you!”

“He is awesome, customer service is awesome and tires are awesome and in great condition, no dry rotting cracks, very decent amount of tread and what really blew me away that I was afraid of the most, mixed match tires. Out of all my yrs of driving and replacement of a used tire I've never had the experience and luxury of luckin up and getting a matching tire. He's going to make sure you're well taken care of. Very honest man with great energy and vibes. He noticed a bad tire with a bubble that I didn't pay any attention and still didn't notice when he pointed it out, It me a min as I zoomed in on it. He could have just mounted it on my car and I would have never noticed. With that being said he also cares about the safety of others. Hey , he has a lifetime customer here. Thank you also very much appreciative for you and your services.”

“Had the best experience at the TireMax this past weekend when I got a flat on a long drive. Carlos & team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially when I gave the wrong tire size, they were quick to run back out and help me find/get the correct size. Start to finish the tire purchase & replacement took maybe 30 minutes. Fast & friendly service, would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of service on the road.”

“I had an emergency. The guy told me 55 minutes they showed up on time with two tires. One of the tires was in fairly good condition and the other tire was a used tire, but I got good pricing on these tires. I only needed one and the one that they brought was a fairly good tire with good tread on it. The owner of this organization communicates very well is very professional and offers free pricing but more importantly he is very timely. I would highly recommend utilizing this service if you were in need of a quicker response than normal.”
