About U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc.

U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. is described by drivers as a really good company with great staff. The team members, including admin, dispatch, and tech personnel, are frequently praised as awesome, professional, helpful, and the best at what they do. The internal support is noted for providing constructive criticism and feedback to improve driver safety. Facilities receive mixed reviews. The shop and driver areas are often found to be clean, orderly, and way above expectations, with well-organized yards that are easy to maneuver. Amenities like washers and dryers are available. However, several reviews strongly criticize the showers, describing them as needing TLC, the worst of all terminals, and likened to outhouses. Parking is generally noted as plentiful, with specific areas for resets, though some note it can be hard to find space for new trucks. The terminal itself is acknowledged as being a bit old and out of date. Despite some facility drawbacks and the occasional stress of loads, many drivers express that it is a favorite company to work for, with outstanding aspects in daily operations.
