Debbie is very knowledgeable about all the products in the shop and can help recommend products based on your needs. The number 1 issue I had with other CBD shops is the inconsistency with products (having carts stop working, getting clogged, tasting burnt) and that has not happened once since I decided to exclusively shop here. This place only sells high quality CBD/D8 products, none of that cheap gas station stuff, and everything is very reasonably priced. The store is always spotless and very calming. “Herbal planet is the best spot in the Atlanta/Atlanta metro area for bulk herbs and other natural products. I have been shopping here for over 5 years now and have yet to find another herb shop that compares. They’re hip to what herbs are becoming sought after and source them when I haven’t been able to find them anywhere else. And the prices are great!I do however miss their smoothie bar soooo much. The best smoothies I’ve had until this day.The one thing that I will say I don’t appreciate about the store is that I get the sense that I am being watched/followed as though I am going to steal something whenever I’m shopping around the store and not at the herb counter specifically. It’s rude and off putting behavior. If there is concern that people are stealing your inventory, get sensors at the door or hire a security guard. Loyal customers, regardless of whether you recognize them or not, should not be subjected to this rude behavior from employees with whom the customers should feel comfortable engaging with.Overall, I’ll remain a patron as I continue my journey into herbalism.”
