Super nice. Yes they are busy, but at least they are working and not standing chatting like the CVS down the road. They transfered my script and got it filled quick. They call me when there is an issue and are always super nice. Professionals!

This store has always been conservative and professional, especiallythe staff...Nicole and Dwight are staples at this location. They love helping us with our meds and they make you feel like family. Keep up the great work you 2 wG is blessed ? to have u on their team.Mgt Issue:Tall slender blonde male was called to the front help w a matter and I was shocked to see the blue nail polish! In December it was black.He talks and waves his hands a lot and you can not miss it.He spoke to me in a condescending and sarcastic tone pertaining to the matter two weeks ago. Of course I said ok, ok and walked away. I couldn't handle the small talk. Less talk solve matters.I noticed he spoke to the cashier the same way. I watched her expression as she bit her tongue. Bless her heart.I also noticed this behavior w the sweet lady who works both photos and pharmacy depts...long lovely grey hair, very helpful and who is a matured, experienced employee yet, he was talking to her as she knew very little.First he walked over and asked her a question like I was wast standing there being serviced... he asked, "hey do you know... z.y.x and b4 she could answer he said , "oh you probably don't the answer"...I'm listening in disbelief. Wow.Such disrespect as a young person. He needs to slow his role.WG Ellenwood is usually a quiet, family- felt atmosphere. There is a matured male in his late 50s w dark hair who usual assist me ...very professional and listens well. I've not seen in a while and I'm there often for shopping and med needs.Usually mgt listens to resolve matters but this new person...loves to hear the sound of his own voice as he goes on and on and making irrelevant statements and ....rather than simple resolution. As a senior citizen I don't appreciate people who are lacking customer care skills and dont talk to me like a used car salesman....rambling.Corp its time to have a visit this store re: the blonde hair guy ...discuss better customer service, problem solving, better people & listening skills, more training, and much more patience. He wants to appear to be a know it all. It's abt team work in the work place. It's not his business.I pray I see change on my next visitlmy husband and I have been going to Jonesboro since last month.

If you need your prescription ASAP, Do not have your doctor Send it here. I have COVID and STREP. My doctor called in my prescription at 9:17am. At 3:30pm They asked me to wait until after 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM I called them Because they have not reached out to me. It’s 7 PM and I’m just now getting my medication. Slow staff. Poor communication. No DRIVE!

Went to the pharmacy to get my vaccines. Both Samantha and Nicole were wonderful, very sweet, and very patient. I look forward to getting my shots here from now on, wonderful staff!

I work for FEDEX GROUND & I service it sometimes & I'm also a customer. I've always had good service there & no mishaps when I'm picking up or delivering packages. Go there if you can & ASK FOR ROBERT!! He's a great customer service associate

While the pharmacy technicians are polite, I concur with the other comments about the service. After using Publixs in Buckhead for a year I have relocated and this is the closest pharmacy. First, the substitutions began which is not a big deal but for them to tell me when it will be completed and to come in and it not be is frustrating. Also to have both the techs and the PHARMACIST constantly yell yell indirectly outloud for everyone to hear that it is over the counter is not professional. So what if it is, the doctor sent it over. Fill it and fill it on time. I will escalate this because I have noticed no replies to the comments.
