Order pickup was effortless. Fast also. The app worked perfectly. There were plenty of pickup parking spaces.

Horrible customer service received today, September 8th, at 10:06 am. I came into the store and purchased the following items: Nivea 2 bottles of Organic Bertoli 1 Pack of thin Spaghetti noodles Romaine Lettuce Croutons frozen breadstick Cardini Caesar Salad Bay leaves 1 green pepper and Dove Soap on receipt #ending in 1471, I paid with my debit card. As I walked through the door, the door rep said thank you have a good day as usual. Then all of a sudden, I had about three people including customers yelling at me that I did not pay!! One of the Walmart reps called me saying I did not see you pay; do you have a receipt. I was so disgusted and embarrassed; I HAVE NEVER HAD TO TAKE ANYTHING AND NEVER WILL AND DO NOT APPRECIATE the treatment I received today. When I went to report the young lady, the supervisor tried to justify her behavior. I explained to the young lady, how would feel if you were in my shoes. I have lived in Ellenwood and shopped in this store since the opening of this store and felt humiliated. Stores need to provide TRUE customer service training and the proper training, so they do not automatically accuse GOOD PAYING LOYAL customers of not paying!!!!

Happenend 6/14/23 ...I'm tired of being treated like a criminal at Walmart... the woman at the door OPENED and went through my bags instead of just checking my receipt for the few unbagged items. She was too unintelligent to even know what she was looking for on the receipt so I had to show her where the items were at on the receipt. Digging through my bags was extremely inappropriate. I probably made today what she will make in 4 weeks at her job.. I am in my early 30s with a paid off house and have no interest in stealing a package of cat food or anything else as I am pretty sure I have enough spending money available ;)...This is why I usually shop other stores besides walmart as I am always profiled at this one and the Stockbridge one. Never stolen a thing in my life or went to jail yet I am always singled out by these door people while loads of other customers walk out freely without being harrassed.. I do stand out as a pale skinned white woman.. really makes me think as to the real reason they are stopping me...

Horrible customer service! I pull up at 8:10 this morning. I am a senior citizen and have health concerns and wanted to beat the crowd. They have one door open. So I have to drive around and around the parking lot for 20 minutes looking for a handicap space where I can walk enough to get in the store. I just wish that Walmart would think about their customers when they're making up their rules and regulations.

Not amazing how long the wait is for Walmart Pickup. Using DoorDash and their is a super long line and wait time. I'm not sure if they need to make sure the order is ready before they send a request or move the groceries closed to the door.

This Wal-Mart on anvil block is super slow in the customer service area a lady named Brooksie dis not want to do anything. She would walk past you back and forth doing absolutely nothing while the line had more than 10 people and only one person was working

Out of all the Walmart stores that I've shopped in over the years, this one by far is the best. The products I want are always in stock. The aisles are clutter free. The folks in the store aren't rude and obnoxious and making wish you went to another store. The staff is friendly too, or at least the ones I encountered. My absolute favorite thing about this Walmart is that you can go here anytime during the weekend and get in & get out. Even during the Christmas season. Every other Walmart I been to on the weekends look like a circus.

Warning: do not purchase a walmart money card because if for some reason you can not register it. It is impossible for you to recieve any of the money you put on it back. They will tell you to call that you need to call the number on the back of the card for any issues. The number on the back of the card is auto mated and there is nobody to speak to. When you call the 800 walmart number they tell you that you need to take it to the store for your return. After you sit on hold waiting for over 12 minutes for customer service to pick up the also try to refer you to the number on the back of the card. If you ask to speak to the store manager they also refer you to the 800, the number on the back of the card. This is after the 800 transferred you to both the number on the back of the card and green dot. After going through all this and have not been helped if you ask for the number of the "market manger of the store" which is what every other customer calls a distract manger. They refuse to give you both his name or office number for safety reason. I didn't ask for his full name, cell number or home address or even where his office was how is his first name and the office phone number a safely issue. I have worked in retail for over 30 years as everything from a part time associate to a store manager and have never refused a customer the number to the distract manager "market manager" nor have ever fought giving them the customer his name and number to his office and i have certainly never hung up on a customer who has asked for that informion. Why would i want to speak to corporate when the have absolutely no idea no idea what happens day to day in a store nor do the care about one customer in that store. I was completely given the run around all morning and still have not recieved an answer about how i will get my $75 back THE WALMART MONEY CARD IS A SCAM FOR WALMART TO MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMERS AND THE WAY WALMART RUNS ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONSAL IT ALL MAKES ME REMEMBER WHY I SHOPPED AT TARGET ALL THESE YEARS.

I just got fired from Walmart on anvil block rd because they lie too much. It's the worst place to work at and they don't care about the customer. I was fired because they lie to me about that we were working for free for 1 hour and I told them that they could get fired for it and they didn't seem to care. They like to twist the words around saying that I threw a knife at a Pepsi can and got mad over something I did and I was lazy person. The persons name are Morrison and Soso and they will lie to you about everything. If u want a job with Walmart think twice before going to the one on anvil block. IM BEING SERIOUS!!!!! Just wait and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Customer service is horrible. I'm a CSM at another location. I was denied of picking up money from this location because they stated "they don't feel comfortable with my identification" again might I quote I'm a manger at another store. It's unfair that I have to experience this when I work for the company.

I rather take the drive distance here than go to Morrow or Stockbridges location. Doesn't take forever to check out, and the staffs more helpful.

I always have a good experience at this Walmart. They always have what I want/need and that makes it reliable. The people are helpful but they could pay more attention to their produce section, I saw moldy oranges, and avocados. Overall my experience was good, I found what I needed and I moved through the line quickly.
