Not the store. Trailers are here terrible craters. Driver slow drivers have patience. Drive around the entire yard for ur load. . Nothing is where it's supposed to be.

12/4 Mr. Dintree Store Mgr: you really need stronger, trained supervision with your staffing after 6pm. Not cashier leads, but an experinced adult in charge who knows service & problem solving.Tonite @9:44pm as a I approached the check out area, I passed the self serve registers near deli...there were 11 young employee's standing around laughing, chatting in a group and just playing around. Why arent these people working; returning items or picking up clothing off the floors? Better yet sent home rather rather than ride the clock.$$$As I kept walking, I see 3 other staffers near the bathroom area, looking face down ...texting & of course ignoring the customers!!( review your cameras).Must be the place to waste time, get paid on the clock while personal texting on company time.I finally see a person leaning on the belt as she texted at the register... but her lite was off?I asked twice, hello are you open? She finally answered yes and jumped as if she was surprised ?or if she remembered if she was working or not.That staffer was India. No greeting and a look that could kill. After she rung me up, her price screen didn't work , so I didn't see my total. She "mumbles" an amount...I had to ask twice what was my total...she "replied" u need to insert your card. Total oblivious to what I asked nor did she care. I think I know how to use a debit card after 25 years and not be told when to insert my card b4 I know my total.Told her the register was not working facing the customer. She just stared at me.Poor customer service Ellenwood. Store looks nice but that's not enough!The store traffic was so slow and I was the only customer at that moment at the register .Guess India needed to get back to her "high priority" typing 4 her text msg...she was so didtracted, act if I disturbed her...India was really intense why she didnt hear me when i first approached her.Wal-Mart appears to pay for warm bodies to show up but not "require"quality customer service a must. Make staff accountable. Cut their hours , show them where they understand$This store just had a face lift wish it was the same for the staff.This is why many of us within a 15 mile radius, shop other locations...simply better service which starts at the top.Ellenwood Mgr-you and your team must do better!I think corporate would like to know why this is not a 5 star store in such a highly saturated business and residential community.Hope to see change soon or I must contact Bentonville whom my company has done business with previously.Inform your staff, one never knows whose shopping and grading your employees. It wouldn't matter if you are doing whats expectedof you.2023 NOT impressive Ellenwood.Do better, be better, expect the best.

This is my neighborhood Walmart and in general I would give this place ten stars because curbside is amazing, everyone is super nice and they stay stocked with meds and food. But today my elderly father was trying to send money via western union which he’s only done once before and the level of shade and rudeness the money center woman gave him was completely unnecessary. Instead of explaining the process and kindly helping us through it she kept saying I thought you all have done this before. I kept telling her he’s only done it once before. When the transaction was complete she handed us the receipt and didn’t say anything so I asked which numbers do we have to send to the other person. Clearly annoyed she repeated again I thought you said you’ve done this before and pointed to the numbers. Im not sure why you’d be rude to another elderly person trying to get through life just like you but it wasn’t a great experience.

This happens to be one of our favorite new Walmarts. The floors are beautiful shiny and clean all the time they look wet they're so clean and everything is easy to find and the staff is friendly and they actually smile here Thanks Walmart appreciate this store!

I'm not a fan of their check outs lines, but I love that they always have what I am looking for. If you get there before 11am, you are good to go. I wish they would get a few self-checkout lanes to counter those extra long lines you encounter after noon until closing.

I do not recommend and will not return. You should find another Walmart location, if at all possible. This location is currently under remodeling, and it's very noisy in the store. I went around 7:30 on a Monday night. Parking was not a problem at the time I went, but that's no guarantee that you won't have trouble with parking. The store is very crowded. The employees are barking at each other over the intercom a lot. Apparently, they couldn't wait for a less busy time to do restocking. The restrooms are WAAY in the back, unlike most other locations. Also, the restrooms were nasty. They refuse to price match an expensive item to it's online price ($15 difference) and will pontificate you about ordering it online. This is a foolish policy IMHO. After all, Walmart is Walmart whether online or in store. Just give me the damn correct price already! I give 2 stars for this review because I was at least able to find most of what I really needed.

Any other time I would have given a 5 star but I can’t stand this self checkout. Do not like the way the store has been remodeled. You do not carry as much now as you had before. The self checkout is just putting people out of a job and if I wanted to scan and bag groceries I would apply for a job.I have been grocery shopping else where and will continue to do so. I still get my medicine at the pharmacy but might just move that too. Not Happy and not a Walmart fan now anymore.

The store was clean, and we were able to get answers to our inquiries. There were associates available when we needed them. We were able to purchase all items on our list and a few extra.

The lady Tiffany Malone shown here needs to be demoted! My experience here was absolutely horrendous and reminded me why I prefer Target. I wanted to return an item in which I had the proper receipt for. Upon walking up, she goes, “Come On”, I didn’t say anything I just looked up. She did apologize for that part. She claimed to be the front end manager yet her name tag says,” Team Lead”. She refused to allow me to speak with a manager. Now for my return Tiffany refused to accept my return with a receipt despite it being within the 30 day window. I contacted corporate and they asked her why she was refusing the return. This rude thing says, “it’s at my judgement” and I can’t. I will be following up with the manager shown on the billboard “Dingle”, who supposedly is on vacation. If she doesn’t like her job she needs another one. I didn’t deserve the service and non compliance of Walmarts policy.

Don't appreciate 2 workers eyeballing me while checking out & 2 walking back & forth right behind me. Several people were checking out, so why do I need to have 4 workers watching me. I'm not going to bring race into this, even though it sure felt like it! It's rare I come into this store & after this interaction, I won't be back

I like having about 75% self-checkout! One can easily spend 35 or 45 minutes in line at the other nearby Walmart. The other store is a bit closer to me, but time spent in its agonizingly long lines, few of them open and NO self-checkouts are now a no-go! A most frustrating way to spend your time!

I love this Walmart!!!!!! Especially every time I go it's easy to get in and out. More than enough self checkout lanes and the employees are always really helpful and friendly.

there is nothing wrong with the store itself… it’s the management. the management is PISS POOR. for the most part, supervisors and managers at this store are on a never ending power trip against the workers (the few that they have given that everyone quits). this store is so desperate for workers they even let a cart attendant come back after flashing his gun at a customer in the parking lot. they simply only care about themselves and do little to no actual work. i’ve witnessed them stand around and berate their workers. they’ll have conversations amongst each other, mid aisle, and not move out of the way for workers or customers. that act as if they own the store. lamar is the only bearable person in management. supervisors dorothy and debra treat the employees in their departments horrible whilst fooling around the store together. both have been rude to customers and employees. i’m quite sure they steal time too and should be fired among other managers. and they wonder why workers don’t stay long.other than that, the store is great! very nice upgrades.

In and out. I love it. The new set up is great. Keep the shelf’s stocked because I shop at this location at least 4 days a week and sometimes inventory can be low.
