The customer service is absolutely top notch. They are super fast and efficient both on the phone and by email. The pricing is great and all moving instructions as well. We had an issue when we got there because the keys weren’t in our storage room. We called them and they immediately picked up and figured it out for us with nobody physically present on the premises. It was fixed in 5 minutes!

Moving up to elijay so I needed a storage building while my home is being built. I was excited to have a climate controlled unit but when we got there the place is dirty and dusty so much so my friend was able to draw on the floor. Then we couldn't find the number anywhere. We kept looking until a girl popped out of no where on the second floor. She told us she was the tenant and was wondering what unit we needed. I told her and she lead me to this blank door that has towels stuff under it. She told me that she had to do that becausr the 3 units behind the door weren't climate controlled. Ummm excuse me? Sure enough she opened it and I was hit with heat.I called the customer service and the girl proceeded to argue with me that they were climate controlled. Told her she wasn't in the building with me and I'm sweating! Plus even if it was climate controlled it's up some strange spiral stair case that I wouldn't be able to get any furniture up. There were three opened units on the ground floor opened that she said she couldn't rent to me. Plenty of others with the breakaway locks that she also wouldn't give me.She ended up moving me to a different facility into a smaller unit that is MORE EXPENSIVE going from $139 to $179 than the one I was going to get. it just blows my mine that priced aren't consistent and she wanted to argue what I was experiencing in the building. The lack of AC and that stair case was a problem.I'll be moving out as soon as I can plenty of cheaper facilities that are way nicer in the areaEDIT: YouR response is what I expected. Climate control in any other storage facility has meant that it's AC to regulates not only HUMIDITY but ALSO TEMPERATURE! You can't tell me there wasn't any humidity where I was standing. On top of that the units on the lower level were nice and cool like what is normally expected. There is also other reviews that meantioned the AC being out so that means you do keep it more than humidity controlled in there. PLUS I also said that horrible stair case was an issue. I can see why you have those units on sale no one can get their stuff in there. As for the other units not being available lots of them had that fake prelock on but when I asked for any available units on the bottom level between A1 and A25 the person went silent and stopped answering me. Never saying none of those were available. She didn't speak to me until I asked for another location. Tons of flies dead where my stuff is at it's insane.

I have rented a unit here years ago, I had no issues. I chose a climate controls unit, everything was well-kept and sustained. Which is why I decided to use them again with a smaller climate control unit.

Just rented a 5x10 climate controlled unit. The first two months being at a discounted rate are an amazing price. With the unit being indoors and climate controlled, the following months rent isn't too bad of a price... Today's economy has everything going up whether it's worth the price increase or not. I'm glad to see that I am left with the feeling of having made a good choice and got a reasonable deal! Every step of the way their customer support has quickly addressed my concern and made it possible to successfully reserve my unit, aight my discount and get moved in all within the same day and all in such short notice! Thank you!

In my opinion they use the excuse for MORE THAN DOUBLING rentals stating they raised the rates due to the market. This business has bought all the local storage facilities so they control the market! I have lived all over the United States traveling with the military. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH SHADY, MANIPULATIVE and DISGUSTING practices by a company. I will be telling everyone I know of my experience with them. If you're smart you will avoid them like the plague!!!

We vacated our unit yesterday due to the massive price increase (100%), limited security features (the security gate is almost always open and was open again yesterday) and our paying extra for a climate controlled unit and the air conditioning is not on/functioning and was still not working yesterday. The areas to park have been lined with portable units and may make moving in and out more difficult.The one positive is the customer service folks at the call center are cordial.

This place is terrible. I paid for a climate-controlled unit and there is no power to the entire facility for over four days now. (June 13-present). The office is unoccupied and the customer service has been lacking. Lots of one star reviews so I am not alone-not that that this business cares. I will update this if anything is actually done. Go elsewhere, if you can.

Increased rates with less than 30 days to change or move units. The price increased from 60$ to 120$ do not recommendWhat a pathetic response. I never received the letter and was just informed today the 22nd by email that it was increasing on the 12th bill. What a predatory business practice.Also you can't say you use competitive pricing of the area when you bought out all the local ones then compare that price to yourself.
