I get up knowing that I needed to call ATT. Dread! It too 3/12 to 4 hours to talk to someone who English was not their language. They could not help. ATT is too big to care about customers.
I should have been able to do it online, but could not get online.
Service stinks!

We live in Florida and have a house in Ga. We were there this past weekend and Amanda was amazing. My wife's a realtor & property mgr. and her phone completely froze up. We talked to Amanda only to find out that the phone couldn't be fixed. We left seeking a 2nd opinion only to find out that the phone couldn't be fixed. We went back the next day and Amanda spent a lot of time explaining what new phones would be best for her. She is the best sales person we have ever had. She didn't try to sell my wife a more expensive phone or any extra products. She was very caring & even found out that my wife had another phone at home that could traded in giving us a rebate to make the price of the new phone 1/3 the price that it would have been. Very honest and professional. We highly recommend Amanda for anyone who needs At&t products.

Ashely was very easy to work with. Made the experience painless and easy. What a great personality and very knowledgeable. Love how she was direct and straightforward with us on what to expect from our new plan. She’s also offered us future solutions for issues we may encounter switching from a corporate plan to a personal plan. Thank you for your attentiveness.

I had an issue with my new s25 phone on the home screen with an icon showing to the far side of the screen. It provided no function and was very annoying. I stopped in to the ellijay store and a new employee named Cole was super helpful and within a few minutes re solved my issue. AT&T you need more employees like him. Thanks Cole!!
