Worst experience ever. The man that came out sounded pleasant at first on the phone. Came out in 15 minutes. Came out and looked at the vehicle which was wrecked less than 1000ft from the house in a ditch. I asked for a price and the man was very short and ill with me. The man said $200 we said that was a little high can you do any lower. He said take it or leave it as he just quickly jumped in his truck and drove off. Highly recommend staying away from them. If I could give them negative stars I would.

We got a flat in the middle of no where on our way from Dalton to Ellijay and Bear’s was the only tow company out of 3 that we called that could come out and take our family of 5 to Wal Mart for a new tire. Our driver was quick to get our car loaded, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. We highly recommend Bear’s!!

James P. at Bear's picked us up after my car had engine troubles on the highway. He arrived very quickly after calling, dropped us off quickly at the Walmart complex, and recommended that I have him tow my Land Rover to a local mechanic in the area who works on European and higher end cars. James was really awesome. He recommended places for us to eat since we're not really from the area. He really helped out. His arrival was waaaay faster than any tow truck I've used in the past. This tow service is great. Highly recommend. Thank you, James!

James and his grandson were absolute lifesavers! Our car slid off the edge of the road and was dangerously close to a ravine. We were pretty shaken up, but they showed up within 20 minutes…on a Sunday (holiday) evening, no less! James handled the situation as a pro and safely towed us out without a scratch on the car. We’re so grateful for their quick response and calm professionalism. Total heroes!!

I was stuck in a ditch and called the garage at 630 and they responded quick. They came out within 20 minutes and got me out in no time. They were also very reasonable. Will definitely call them in the future! Thanku!!

I absolutely recommend Bear for towing services.
I was in an extremely bad situation in the hills of Blue Ridge this past weekend. My vehicle was struck on the side of a steep pitched, narrow, Icy, and snow covered road. Also, there was a steep drop-off that compounded this unfortunate situation.
Bear was exceptionally responsive. He traveled to the place I was staying during the storm, retrieved the key of my abandoned vehicle, and then went to the vehicle, picked it up and delivered it to a safe location near the highway.
The final touch was; he called me while I was on my way back to Florida just to check that we were OK.
I will never forget how much he helped.

We were literally stuck on a iced over mountain road in a very precarious position at night. We has already called the first 3 towing services that Google pulled up and either they couldn't come or didn't answer. James was highly recommended by our moving in property manager. We called him gave him a pitiful description of where we were and he knew right away where we to come. 30 minutes later he came to our rescue. We had been stranded for over 3 hours and James was very experienced and was able to get us moving in less than 20 minutes. He recommended a local hotel and even went so far as to tell us to call him if we needed a place to stay and he would put us up for the night. The man is a true people person that knows his business!!!

Our Mother ran into a ditch today and Bear’s Towing was to her within the hour. Mr. Patterson was very professional and knowledgeable figuring out how to get the car out without any damage. We highly recommend Bear’s Garage & Towing for your towing needs.

Bear's Garage/Towing was a lifesaver after searching for hours for someone to rescue us out of a ditch on Cherry Log Mountain. Several tow companies listed on Google are scams. Bear's is legit! James was out to us in 20 minutes, and got us out of the ditch in another 10! Very kind and courteous, charged a fair price. Saved the rest of our trip for sure!

We blew a tire on Friday evening along the highway with a car loaded down with luggage and a dog headed to Apple Festival. James arrived within 20 minutes, charged a very fair rate and also got a used tire to put on so our weekend wasn't ruined. Thank you!

Bear moved a building and shipping container for us and did an outstanding job. He was super responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We needed it done before a trip he had planned and he came out late to get this done for us. I highly recommend him for your towing needs.
