“Large laundromat with different sized washers, need a few more $6 washers. Older building, mostly pretty clean, the bathroom needs some attention (at least a paint job). There is even has a car wash In back, guves you something to do whileyourclothes are washing. Also they're OPEN 24 HOURS!! In my opinion that is the best feature!”
