The owners were very kind and accommodating! The facility is well maintained, clean, well lit, and fenced in. They offer several methods of payment which was convenient. Definitely recommend Clear Creek!

This place was BY FAR THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY in my area. Their units were clean and well maintained. The layout of the property was well maintain and drainage around the units was well thought out.I had a unit elsewhere where water got into my unit. I had 2 units. Climate controlled and outside unit. I had my units for probably more than a year and I NEVER had a problem. My doors to the units work flawlessly. My access through thelocked gate to the facility always worked. The staff was tremendous. I’m on the road a lot and emails were the only way to communicate if I had questions. My questions were always answered promptly and in a way that I always understood. I paid cash in their drop box and was always emailed a receipt afterwards. I would TRUST them 100% with my personal belongings in the future. Note to Staff: YOU GOT THIS STORAGE THING DIALED IN.WELL DONERon

I have been a long going customer & have been satisfied in the service & friendly staff - Susan & Robert. If ever any problem, it has never gone for more than a very short time & I have been satisfied with the results. A great storage facility, clean, well maintained. I would highly suggest them.

Owners are super friendly and very helpful, the unit was clean and well managed, and the roads in between the units are spacious which makes it easy for trucks/Uhauls. Thanks for everything, if I ever need a unit again I'll definitely come to you guys!

A little off the beaten path but very clean and affordable compared to other storage units. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room to bring your big trailer. I have a 24 foot enclosed trailer and was able to get around corners just fine.

Clear Creek Mini-Storage is one of the best storage facilities I have ever seen. With top notch security cameras and gated with a keypad entry gate. Also, each of the buildings has gutters and drainage sewers for rain water throughout the facility. As the representative of the North Georgia Marine Toys For Tots, we have used their units for several years now and find that Robert and Susan are great people to deal with and very understanding and helpful. If you need a storage facility in North Georgia area, even if you live some distance away, you will find that it is worth the drive to have your items stored here.

I was in need of a storage unit after accepting a new job that would require a lot of travel. I was referred to Clear Creek by a friend who said that the units were clean, gated and easy to access at any time. She also said that the owners were awesome and great to work with. She was spot on with her description as the whole process of getting the unit and everything moved was so smooth! The owners went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with the unit that I got! This is by far the best storage facility around and if you are needing short term or long term storage, this is hands down the only option you should consider!!!
