Tonight 7/19-2024 @7:30pm my husband and I stopped by DG and the lady that was our cashier said I looked like I was pregnant. First of all I am not pregnant, I do have a big stomach plus I'm 47 years old can not have kids. But the nerve of the insult I received was a total hit to my self esteem! How embarrassing that was for me! I politely just said no I just have a big belly but thanks!

This store was very clean, and well organized. One of the best Dollar General stores I've seen. There was no clutter of merchandise in the aisles. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In this store they treat you fairly, they help you with your things, even your car, they are friendly and very affectionate. This is a horrible work environment. All of the staff here treat their customers like thief’s and trash even tho this is far from the truth. They are so rude to you. Will not help you with anything. They come off as nice, but you see their true colors come out. It’s the closest store to my house and I would love to feel comfortable here. And like I’m wanted. Instead I feel like they would rather just kick me out as soon as I walked in. Therefore, I will not be spending anymore of my money that I make by not treating people the way they do at this location. I don’t care if I have to go all the way to town, to Walmart. I would rather do that than feel like I don’t belong there. And I spend a good amount of money in there every time I go. They always have stuff I need and want. New stuff that I love! And I’ll purchase it no matter the cost.. but sorry even tho I shouldn’t be the one saying this. You guys have lost a long term customer. Because of your lack of interest and feelings therefore for the shoppers they are supposed to care about, help out when needed, etc.. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. Even when I was younger and it was first built they were the exact same way. Thanks for hearing me out. I hope they can change their behavior issues. But it’s been going on since this place was built. So, I highly doubt the awful behavior of the staff is going to change anytime soon if even ever. ~Jess
