They were very kind and sympathetic to our issue! Very nice people. Highly recommend using Gilmer Towing if you ever need your vehicle towed. It's not often great customer service is given anymore, but Gilmer Towing gave fantastic service!

Our car broke down at 4:00 on a Friday and our automotive shop recommended Gilmer towing. We left a message and were called back within 5 minutes and they were at the car 15 minutes later. The service was great and our driver really made an effort to make sure we were ok and the car taken care of. The prices was very reasonable.

Responded very quickly on the weekend in a remote area. Very happy with the service I received and it was affordable. Don’t waste your time with anyone else call Gilmer Towing!

This is the most amazing tow truck company I have ever used or heard of, the price I paid literally was out igmf my dreams, the compassion is unmatched by any other company in town or outta town, amazing prices and the team treats you like you matter, not like a dollar bill. And just for extra bragging points they do an amazing set up for Halloween, with a drive through scenery to grab some spectacular candy ? I will not use another row truck ever!!!Service: Car towing

I locked my keys in the car yesterday at work, tried several different locksmith to no avail. Called Gilmer towing and Darren the owner came out within 20 minutes and I was only charge $65! He was professional, kind, and sympathetic. Customer service means the world to me, and Darren went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend this company.Service: Car lockouts

Can’t recommend Gilmer Towing enough. They went out at midnight to help a friend who got stuck in a ditch. She didn’t have any phone service and they didn’t stop looking for her until they found her and her daughter. They definitely went above and beyond what was asked of them and I believe any other company would have given up. They were absolutely scared and they calmed them down and let them know everything was okay and helped them get home safe and sound.The owner is huge in the Gilmer community. He sponsors so many things and helps so many in the schools and sports. Support your local family owned businesses.
