Hours: Hemlock Bazaar is a cute and cozy bookstore and coffeeshop in downtown Ellijay, described as a unique gem and a great little gem. The space features a living room style seating area alongside regular tables and chairs, and is considered family friendly. It combines a coffeeshop, bookstore, and record shop, with an awesome selection of books, vinyls, cassettes, and other media. The coffee is very very good, with great espresso drinks and lots of different flavors available. The attached coffee shop is also noted for being super accommodating to food allergies. Several reviewers mention missing the previous food menu, which was considered some of the best in Ellijay, and hope for its return beyond the current pastries. The vibe is good, though one reviewer notes the living room area feels less cozy and more like a coffee business now compared to its earlier, less sterile atmosphere. The staff are described as very friendly.
