Had a reservation for a truck which was redirected to this location. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up, the reservation was not correctly revised on the back end. I spent 45 minutes on hold and then had to create a new reservation. Then to make it even better, the truck fuel was near empty!

Couldn't have been better... The lady workin' that place was on top of things, she really helped me out. Informative, personalized service all the while having a friendly conversation. She is to be admired for her capabilities. This organization is fortunate to have her with them. Round of applause...

Angela provided excellent customer service when we needed to rent a storage unit in a pinch. We were also able to turn in our uhaul trailer on site which was convenient. I would highly recommend this location!
